This is one of my favorite bands of all time. Love when you feature them. They have so much to offer in their catalogue and I hope you continue to check them out because they're amazing.
Every time they release a new album, I instantly have to listen. I never get tired of their music, with many of the Second Stage album tracks crossing my ears on a weekly basis. I keep expecting the next album to begin the decline in how much I love their music, but it never happens, even when they evolve their sound and style. I just love them even more for it. I don't love every song, but for me to literally love 90% (or more. Probably more.) of their expansive list and variety, it's truly a feat. By far my favorite band of all time, which means a lot, since I'm a metal-head at heart.
saw the suffering video on vh1 when I was 13.. still obsessed with them over 20 years now, even more so after reading the amory wars. Coheed and cambria is the goat.
If you want another Coheed song with the kind of badass Welcome Home vibes, I think you’d really dig Gravemakers & Gunslingers. Coheed’s my all time favorite band and you honestly can’t go wrong with any track. The beauty of the band is how diverse their music is whether its catchy pop tunes, borderline heavy metal, trippy prog epics, or acoustic ballads
Always here for the Coheed reactions! Mother Superior, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 and Delirium Trigger are all great choices for further reactions.
be great to hear their song In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth, The light & the glass or the Crowing. Maybe just any song off that Album, they're all bangers
I posted in a couple of his previous Coheed videos for IKSSE:3, but I would take any of that specific type of content!!! Love Coheed, can't wait to see them again this summer!!!
All the released songs from Vaxis II have been jaw-droppingly good. They give me some IKSSE:3 vibes that make me feel like I'm visiting an old friend. And can we talk about how much Coheed and Cambria's storytelling has evolved? The early Amory Wars - Second Stage Turbine Blade and In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 - while being my favorite albums to listen to, were pretty rough, narratively speaking. Even with the comics as a reference, there was a lot of jumping around, circling back, side-tangents (Hearshot Kid, anyone?), etc. Compare that to The Afterman, though - a focused, deeply personal story of one man and his marriage, his scientific research, and how his new understanding of his place in the universe and the nature of the afterlife causes him to question his priorities. It's...a quieter sci-fi story - an Interstellar rather than a Star Wars. And now, with Vaxis, I feel like we've got the best of both worlds: All the gritty, bloody action and punk attitude of the early Amory Wars storylines, but with a tight, personal focus on one family's struggles.
Coheed and Cambria are so close to my heart, and one of my greatest loves with their music is the actual story of Coheed and Cambria. You should really invest in all the comics, it's amazing. When he asks if they can lie together, it refers to how much pain and hardship they have to face with truth and how much easier and peaceful it can be to lie and denounce that. It's beautiful.
Seeing how happy this made u during this video was a real mood booster. One of my favorite bands. Underrated. I hope u continue to check out more of what they have to offer. They are brilliant.
I know it's relatively simple wordsmithing, but I love that you immediately picked up on the whole "lie" conciet. This song is really clever and it's fun when people just get it.
coheed wrote songs in the 2010s that were cool, hookey, poppy and with prose. this song was written in 2022. it circumscribes 2010 and rocks the house.
As someone who went to their live concert in 2009 with Slipknot and Trivium and literally was arriving in the parking lot to "welcome home".. I'm so glad they're still at it with the hits! At first i was angry my sister made us late for our favorite song...but now...i hold those memories close to my heart.....she killed herself 2 yrs later and its one of the last memories i have with her....glad we connected through your music! And this is definitely a banger!💯🙌🔥🔥🔥
Subscribing to your channel just to see/encourage more Coheed reactions! I love watching people react to my favorite band’s songs. Here’s a few more bangers that I’d recommend: Delirium Trigger In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 The Crowing The Camper Velourium II: Backend of Forever The Willing Well III: Apollo II: The Telling Truth The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut Key Entity Extraction I: Domino the Destitute Key Entity Extraction V: Sentry the Defiant The Dark Sentencer (with the Prologue) The Gutter Hope to see some of these (or anything Coheed really) in the near future!
I saw them for the first time in February. It was the best concert I’ve been too. I agree the live versions of in keeping secrets is literally life changing. Especially when you’re a part of it.
It seems like a basic 4 chord song but the more you hear it the more you hear why they made these very commonly used 4 chords so much fun! Art isn't always about complexity, sometimes it's just about how much you can take simple parts and make them a joyous experience. :)
Coheed has always been one of my favourite bands, and Claudio & Co seems determined for this Vaxis arc to be just as epic as the original Amory Wars arc.
A fun listen is coheed and Cambria "live at the starland ballroom". They are always incredible live, but this one's special and if you look closely, you might see me in the crowd. The final cut is a great song to react to, especially live!
If you're looking for a good emotional song to review (not straight up emo haha) but "The Pavilion (A long way back)" might bring a tear to your eye. Something about the message and melody combined gets me worked up every time!!
nice bro, keep diving into Coheed & Cambria 🤘🏻🔥🍻 diverse & eclectic discography (newest album drops end of May). you gotta check out a live show, they’re touring this summer. got my tix for Atlanta show in July 🙌 1:30 that’s when it all changed lol Dark Sentencer The Gutter Gravemakers & Gunslingers Gravity’s Union Random Reality Shifts The Suffering Mothers of Men Blood Red Summer Rise, Nianasha Here We Are Juggernaut All On Fire Cuts Marked in the March of Men Comatose
If you want the more epic, proggy songs like Welcome Home, you've already heard In Keeping Secrets, but check out Domino the Destitute, The Dark Sentencer, 21:13 and the title track from their newest album Window of the Waking Mind.
Claudio, of course, gets due credit for his writing, playing, arrangement, lyrics, voice, and hair. I could glam on him for a while, without a doubt, so this is not to take anything away from him. I don't like doing top 3/top 5/this person's better than that person, whatever, and he doesn't really show off on this song but be fully aware... Travis Stever, specifically, is an absolute beast on the guitar. 🎸🎸🎸🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘😁😁😁
You've mentioned that you like to watch live performances if possible, I reccomend the live version of in keeping secrets of silent earth: 3, such an amazing track, and it was/is used for their encore song at shows
When they play that song live and at the point halfway through when it slows....you can physically feel it coming and then the crowd absolutely erupts.
apologies if these have been mentioned already but a few of my personal favorites are Feathers, A Favor House Atlantic, and Number City which have some different vibes compared to Welcome Home
My favorite Coheed song is The Running Free. For you, I'd also recommend Mother Superior, Radio Bye Bye, Number City, The Hard Sell, and Blood Red Summer. But for the love of everything holy, please don't react to 21:13. If anyone tells you to do that, just ignore them. Please.
Progressive rock tip Write an amazing melody for the first verse, welcome people in. Get people screaming that hook 2nd verse? Oh. Go ahead and change that melody. Why not. Claudio is an amazing songwriter. And the boys really bring these songs to life.
Coheed is a concept band. Every record, apart from The Color Before the Sun, tells the story of the Amory Wars saga. Pick up the graphic novels from Evil Ink Comics.
The thing with coheed is that they have albums and albums of phenomenal music and every single track is better than welcome home. I suggest getting every album and listening to them from front to back. I'm not the biggest fan of "Year of the black rainbow" (I think it's Chris pennies drums they just don't do it right and it really shows) but that's just personal preference. Every other album is absolutely amazing though.
This is one of my favorite bands of all time. Love when you feature them. They have so much to offer in their catalogue and I hope you continue to check them out because they're amazing.
It's crazy how few reactions there are to Coheed when they're one of the most surprising and talented bands going.
It's a shame really.
this
💯
Every time they release a new album, I instantly have to listen. I never get tired of their music, with many of the Second Stage album tracks crossing my ears on a weekly basis. coheed and cambria, is the greatest rock band of the 21st century. period and without question.
I love this song. Coheed has been my GOAT band for over 20 years.
saw the suffering video on vh1 when I was 13.. still obsessed with them over 20 years now, even more so after reading the amory wars. Coheed and cambria is the goat.
Claudio Sanchez for President
Coheed deserves so much more attention. Such a great band.
Best band. Love Coheed and Cambria, cannot wait for their new album (which this is off of). More!
If you want another Coheed song with the kind of badass Welcome Home vibes, I think you’d really dig Gravemakers & Gunslingers. hell yeah bro, G&G is sick 🤘🏻🔥🍻
G&G is pretty much a masterclass in "how to right a perfect rock song: do this"
Greatest band ever. check my profile pic 😊
My guild in The Old Republic is called Gravemakers and Gunslingers
Gravemakers and Gunslingers is an absolute banger
My husband and I have been fans for years, and they are absolutely fantastic live! It’s an immersive experience.
Always here for the Coheed reactions! Mother Superior, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 and Delirium Trigger are all great choices for further reactions.
Delirium trigger is my ringtone! "Hello? Hello... When it rings, will you answer?" 😂😂
Ahhh... My favourite band of all time. This will never change.
One of the greatest bands of all time. U are the shit for reacting to Coheed brother. Keep up the dope ass videos. Much love from Ohio
Delirium Trigger by Coheed please! 🤞
Delirium Trigger is the one that hooked me to Coheed 🤘🏻
Just saw them in concert yesterday in Tampa! All time favorite band. Great Music!
be great to hear their song In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth, The light & the glass or the Crowing. Maybe just any song off that Album, they're all bangers
The Crowing for sure
I posted in a couple of his previous Coheed videos for IKSSE:3, but I would take any of that specific type of content!!! Love Coheed, can't wait to see them again this summer!!!
IKSSE:3 is amazing!
Silent Earth is such a sick album!!!
A Favour House Atlantic and Three Evils (Embodied In Love and Shadow) are some of my all time favourite songs

When I saw them it was 2003 in Pennsylvania a loved em since. Check out Coheed in final cut. It's a 4night long concert in NYC.

Coheed And Cambria - 'The Unheavenly Creatures'
More Coheed. Love from Canada your reactions are great. The fans of the fence are waiting... :)
I know it's relatively simple wordsmithing, but I love that you immediately picked up on the whole "lie" conciet. This song is really clever and it's fun when people just get it.
I was at this show at The Orange Peel in asheville n.c. they were amazing all night, and the crowd was great too!
More Coheed?! blood red summer, and favor house on the atlantic are my favorites
Coheed doesn't know how to make bad music! Everything they put out are absolute bangers!
coheed wrote songs in the 2010s that were cool, hookey, poppy and with prose. this song was written in 2022. it circumscribes 2010 and rocks the house.
They’re my favorite band. The new album is an instant classic and already one of my all time favorites.
As someone who went to their live concert in 2009 with Slipknot and Trivium and literally was arriving in the parking lot to "welcome home".. I'm so glad they're still at it with the hits! Love having these guys back
This song live was so much fun...basically dancing in the crowd!
LLOVE IT!!! MORE COHEED PLEASE!
Subscribing to your channel just to see/encourage more Coheed reactions! I love watching people react to my favorite band’s songs. Here’s a few more bangers that I’d recommend:

The Willing Well III: Apollo II: The Telling Truth
The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut
Key Entity Extraction I: Domino the Destitute

Thank you for this. This human and earthly reaction is so great to see
Coheed has always been one of my favourite bands, and Claudio & Co seems determined for this Vaxis arc to be just as epic as the original Amory Wars arc.
You should watch coheed and cambria light and the glass live at the Starland ballroom
Thanks for this!! Love to see Coheed reactions!
A fun listen is coheed and Cambria "live at the starland ballroom". They are always incredible live, but this one's special and if you look closely, you might see me in the crowd. The final cut is a great song to react to, especially live!
This song is so good. I have on repeat 🔁.
Rise is also on that album, and it's amazing
If you're looking for a good emotional song to review (not straight up emo haha) but "The Pavilion (A long way back)" might bring a tear to your eye. Something about the message and melody combined gets me worked up every time!!
The live version too this was such a great encore song can’t wait to see them again
Unheavenly creatures- Coheed and Cambria is another you should check out. Love the content.

That smile you gave hearing the 2nd verse 🥲
Fuel for the feeding end!!
If you want the more epic, proggy songs like Welcome Home, you've already heard In Keeping Secrets, but check out Domino the Destitute, The Dark Sentencer, 21:13 and the title track from their newest album Window of the Waking Mind.

@@kylefarmer1171 totally, the neverender tour version is a vid I'll restart like 2-3 times cause of how much energy the crowd brings to it
If you look at my profile pic you might recognize the guys on my left and right. Great day
i doubt anyone will take up this mantle. because coheed are the best. without question.
apologies if these have been mentioned already but a few of my personal favorites are Feathers, A Favor House Atlantic, and Number City which have some different vibes compared to Welcome Home
Thanks. I like your style
Gravity's Union and the Crowing!
The crowing for sure. Second favorite of theirs is the gutter. The gutter is wild.
My favorite band of all time. If you get the chance listen to the songs while reading Claudio's comic adaptations. You won't be disappointed 😌
I dig the coheed reviews. If u get a chance jam the final cut. Acoustic version.
amazing song
Great reaction as always bro. Can you do Dax's Dear alcohol?
My favorite Coheed song is The Running Free. For you, I'd also recommend Mother Superior, Radio Bye Bye, Number City, The Hard Sell, and Blood Red Summer. But for the love of everything holy, please don't react to 21:13. If anyone tells you to do that, just ignore them. Please.
Coheed is just the best
When that drop hit and he face was like 'oh...yes...'
Josh is such a phenomenal musician. Not to discredit the rest of the band but he really shines in this track.
You should check out The Hard Sell by coheed it has such a sassy and nasty but catchy vibe
You should check out a song by Coheed called "Crossing The Frame". It's from the same album as "Welcome Home", imo their greatest album
Btw, absolutely love this band, and this song
The freaking album is amazing!!! The first track has his son singing in it!
Josh Eppard is a beast 🥁
STILL MOOOAAARRR COHEEEDDDD!
Would definitely love to see you react to In Keeping Secrets, Willing Well II or Domino (the destitute). They’re bangers for sure
He went from not knowing them, to having them in full rotation . It's dopee
Progressive rock tip
Write an amazing melody for the first verse, welcome people in.
Get people screaming that hook
2nd verse? Oh. Go ahead and change that melody. Why not.
Claudio is an amazing songwriter. And the boys really bring these songs to life.
I don’t listen to them daily but it is to me better than welcome home. I connected with the lyrics.
There songs are written as a story. Check out the Amory wars comics.
You should listen to the gutter
I’d love to see how you feel about bayside. I grew up on coheed and bayside.
More Coheed!
Check out Claudio acoustic sets from home, probably won't get flagged as they are live.
Do The Gutter or Everything Evil. Or The Crowing. Or all three!
Thumbs for bad ass Tune !
If you enjoy Coheed go take a peek at Prize Fighter Inferno most recent album its pretty intense Claudio's side project prog synth style
Coheed is a concept band. Every record, apart from The Color Before the Sun, tells the story of the Amory Wars saga. Pick up the graphic novels from Evil Ink Comics.

Listen to Fuel for the Feeding End.
we need a rect of Ladders of Supremacy
Gotta do a disappearing act from their new album. Totally different vibe from anything they've ever done before.
Gotta do Coheed's Commatose
Architects - Hereafter
Thrice “hoods on peregrine”
You should give shoulders or ladders of supremacy a listen
Have you listened and reacted to bad man by Coheed and Cambria yet?
BLOOD RED SUMMER
check out 21:13... absolute masterpiece
Please good sir, react to Evagriabthe faithful, and Sentry the defiant by Coheed!!
for all us ricans who have ever loved a white girl claudio snag for us all man lol cheron is beast!!!! newo
Please please please.... In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth!
debate me on what band over a 20 to 30 year period during the time when coheed has made albums, has better albums.
Please please please please react to the song off their newest album, "Window of the Waking Mind"
"A Coheed and Caaahmbria"
I would recommend you watch a UA-camr named JJ metalhead she explains the story of the Amory wars if your interested in that.
