OH these are beautiful. The heartbreak shot has to land at range 2- any closer or further away and it whiffs. (It's just funny that it whiffs at range 1!) What I didn't know what there were smashes by Sendo that will also whiff at range 1! The draw at the end was nice too. Did you know Ippo and MAshiba are the only two who can chain two special attacks together? Try Elbow Blocking then finishing a string of counter jabs with Flicker Jab Flurry.

I just got the actual game *NeW!* today! Nice stuff, man. Were you able to pull off these tricks by controlling both characters on the VBA? Who do you think is the best character in this game? I think Ippo's red damage is pretty OP but Sendo gets knockdowns faster than anybody.
It seems Miyata is the best character because his Jolt Counter is stupid ridiculous. Also, I find Sendo rather weak in this game because his dodge is too slow. If he had a way to tank jabs or something, like a special hulk mode, it wouldn't matter as much.

@@ma.aileendeleon5096 i mean. The jolt counter is a fucking ridicilous technique in the anime hajime no ippo, you put all ur weight in with a punch but on top of that u try to counter. You know counters are real good in boxing.

Yeah, it is possible to dodge hayami's shotgun punches, I have already done that last year
But I did it once and it was with miyata
Saeki has identical timing with his dodges so in theory he should be able to do it as well.
