  • INGREDIENTS
    SERVING (5-6)
    CHANA DAL -1.5 CUP
    BATHUA CHOPPED-500 GMS
    ONIONS- 2 MEDIUM
    GINGER GARLIC CHOPPED-1 TSP
    GREEN CHILLI-1
    TOMATOES CHOPPED-2 MEDIUM
    SALT TO TASTE
    HALDI POWDER-1 TSP
    CORIANDER POWDER-2 TSP
    RED CHILLI POWDER-1/2 TSP
    OIL -2TBSP
    RECIPE
    1.Chopp bathua and wash it properly.
    2.Wash and Soak chana dal in lukewarm water for 2 hrs.
    3.Cook dal and bathua together by adding little salt and haldi till dal gets soft.
    4.Add oil in a pan ,hing,jeera cook till jeera crackle.
    5.Add onions cook till it turns pink ,add Ginger, Garlic and green chillies,cook a little ,add tomatoes and all d dry spices.
    6.Cook till oil separates, now add dal bathua in tadka ,mix properly ,cook for 10 min.
    Delicious and healthy Dal Bathua is ready.
