@@cherylkeeganfaust9936 Oh I’m sure. There are layback variations that I know I can’t do. I take adult gymnastics twice a week, so I’m definitely been working on that back and shoulder flexibility…working towards a bridge kickover. Plus, I’m find that there needs to be a lot of stretch in the front of the hips and quads…holy moly.

I just started learning paybacks yesterday, and with the chest lifting part, my coach (also female) told me “boobs to the ceiling!” 😂

I guess if a male coach said that, it wouldn't be OK
