    A scientific way of checking chicken doneness is by measuring meat internal temperature. If it goes above165 degree c, it's done. All other methods might give some error. Using cooking thermometer is a must have for perfect doneness.Also putting meat into salt water brining retains extra moisture which turns chicken juicy and soft. Will try your method. Let see

      Maybe with hung curd you can
      Normal dahi has lots of moisture, so it won't work
