L=Square of 12 so it is 144 and width is 12 and we plus all parts 12+12+144+144=312 that is the answer, I think.

L= 24
Perimeter = 2( 12+24)
=2(36)

2(2W + W)=200
3W=100
W = 100/3, L = 200/3 cm

How to fin its length
The question said the length of the rectangle is twice it's width .. meaning when you multiply width with 2 you will find length. In this case width is 12 so the length will be 2×12=24cm.

Perimeter = 2(L + W) = 12
L + W = 12/2 = 6
L = 5
W = 6 - L = 6 - 5 = 1
