Mortal Kombat Advance has some good music. The bank, Scorpion's lair, the Temple and the bridge. The tracks for Scorpion's lair and the temple are a little bit different than the play station versions. The bank and the bridge are the same. The bank track is my favorite. Those tracks should've started from the beginning when the next fight started. Put those versions on UA-cam. I love every version of the bank track except the arcade version. That version is in too high of a range for me.

They should have made it to where you press start or select to switch between punches and kicks like street fighter on genesis with the 3 button controller. It sucks but it fixes that limitation
The Plug It In & Play TV Games controller version by Jakks Pacific is better. Digital Eclipse should have developed this GBA version instead of Virtucraft. Digital Eclipse also developed Mortal Kombat 4 on the GBC and the plug and play MK1 game, why not this version?

Sometimes it makes me wonder why MK 3 on the handheld consoles have be be crappy. MK 3 on the Gamegear was shitty. How Cyrax won the match when have Ko'ed him is against me especially with that bomb exploding right next to Lui Kang. If you set it on easy he does nothing, and if you set it on nomal, he outright murders you? Uh... I don't know what experience you have with MK3, UMK3 and MKT ... but those games on SNES and PS... no matter the difficulty, the computer murders you completely. Whether you set it on easy, or difficult, the game's difficult is the same all the time - extremly difficult. You can't play a single round fair with the computer without them being cheap. They dodge everything, their punches and kicks have priority, they block all your special moves. I had all these games, and I find it impossible to play strategically with A.I. Not fun when you're just a single player. Why is this never mentioned? This game is just a pinnacle of what its predecessors were.

UMK3 was not released on Playstation, but on Playstation 2 on MK Armaggedon Premuim Edition, but MK3 was.

I tried this game out on GBA for I OS and DamnALLIERX you were right. I could not pull off any of the special moves. I will stay away from this one.
