I don’t know how I happened upon this channel but I really enjoy it!!
Wow, that was a great experience traveling through 6 states, cold, wet temperatures. Take care, have fun 🙏😊😻🥰😍
Dora, I have been through so many now I can't keep up...lol! Loving my life on the road. Cheers!
You seem so happy, I’m hoping to start my own journey in a few months. 😊
Teresa, I am happy. The happiest I have been in all my life. Not sugar coating anything, and I still struggle, but, it is different now. My options to do something about my life are infinite now, and I can easily shift to what feels better. I hope that you find what you love, but most important, LOVE what you find. Cheers!
So fun to travel along with you! Just got home from traveling in my 2003 element for 1.5 months :)
Fantastic video. I enjoyed riding along the crazy roads with you. I was really thrilled that you stopped in New Mexico. That's where I live. Safe travels and can't wait to see what else this journey has in store for you. God bless
GM I will be back to NM, it is GORGEOUS! You are one lucky lady to live there. Cheers!
Another fun travel ! Full time too & enjoying your channel.😊 I’m wintering in the Dallas area.
Loving the videos! Got my element in September and planning a cross country trip from VA to OR in May (heard that’s when it gets nice in Oregon).
Hey Mason, welcome to the Element Family. Please stick around in Tacoma in June 2023, as we have The Worlds Largest Honda Element meet at the end of that month. Awesome community and sweet rigs. Details are in my description about it. Cheers!
Certainly an entirely different vibe out in the California/Nevada/Arizona areas you passed through from the Oregon coast. New Mexico and Texas seemed less barren/more scenic. I really appreciated seeing what showering at a truck stop is like. I just find all the ways you deal with cold temps, how you eat on the road (seaweed???), how you deal with getting power -- it's all interesting! I think I'd need to listen to books on tape while driving to keep my mind occupied with so many hours of travel. Silly me, I thought you might be headed to Ensenada or that direction. Looks like Texas was fun! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Lora, I just LOVE your curiosity. Cold is easier to deal with over heat. I enjoy Temps down to 20F. I use many blankets and a hot water bottle if too cold. Thermal underwear as jammies. I drive in total silence for days, and allow my thoughts to drain away. It is the perfect time to process. Calling a friend on my Bluetooth is a great way to pass the time too. Thanks for stopping in and leaving me a note, and I will see you on the next one. Cheers!
Thank you for taking us along on your journey. I drive a 2009 Jeep Patriot on my solo adventures. JEEP, has a sticker that says something like, Just pass me... If it was ment to go fast it won't be built like a box... I lose 20% on my mpg once I drive over 50 mph. I lose another 8 to 10% when I travel above 65 mph. Needless to say, I am not driving that fast an everyone passes me too. I've been tempted to make a sticker that says, "Hay, I 'm peddling as fast as I can. " As long as you are traveling at the posted minimum, you are golden. Thank you again for taking us along on your adventures.
There Joshua trees 😀 don't touch them lol they will leave you with a nasty bruse if you get accidentally stuck by one. There endangered. Careful with wild donkeys they could bite you or kick. Best to give them space 😃 Keep having fun and stay safe out there!
Love the video and fruit tray
Thank you Mary, "Mindy's Drive Through" never lets me down, and helps me to create the "Bikini Bod" that I dream of. Cheers!
I enjoyed Oregon this summer and Northern Cali, such a blessed time and I hope yours are as well💜 stay warm this morning and enjoy those beautiful trees and scenery
Your rig must be super 🧼🧽 clean💜💜 sweet horses
Beautiful stops along the way. Also good to see Princess Ember and Mommy Jayleana.
Hey Paul, thanks for enjoying this long cross country drive with me. Cheers!
Good Job !!! Thanks for the Tour Be Safe and may You Be Safe all the Way !!!!!🙋♀
They're saying as their passing you on that road, "I knew it its a dang woman slowing us all down!" LOL lol
I just enjoyed your tour of your rig. So many cool things I think I NEED for mine. No plans to go full time, just short trips and festival camping. I looked for your suction-cup window shade source, but couldn't find it on your list (I think you said from Bellingham?). I recently got my hatch latch and cat cover from Jeff. Next month, my swivel seat (planned for the passenger side), but I'm seeking opinions for pros & cons, passenger v. drivers side, before making a final decision. Bed will be on passenger side. My Element is a 2011 (seats don't push forward as far as my 2006 did). Thanks for any input. I'll be watching more for sure!
How exciting Jane. Window covers are from Heatshileds.com in Bellingham. Cheers!
With the extra weight, the bigger tires, lift and a stock engine FWD, your element is going to be a lot slower….safe travels
Yup, it is all wheel drive and it has always been a brick. But I still LOVE her. Cheers!
As a full-time RVer/overlander, I love your videos. I hope you are headed to the RTR, you are a bonafide nomadic. Travel safe 😊
I have heard of this gathering, when is it? "Nomadic?" I consider myself an Adventure Seeker, Cheers!
How exciting it is that you are traveling across the country Mindy! Safe travel my friend.🙏
Thank you Tim, it has been a beautiful trip so far. Happy trails to you as well, Cheers!
Warm weather is in southern TX, AZ Gulf Coast and Florida and blow 1000 ft in elevation.😊
I am a Canadian Mountains Girl, I can handle the cold, just not too cold. I am on the East Coast now at 2000 ft, and it is beautiful. Cheers!
As I've commented before, you are an inspiration! I hope to meet you one day. This was an absolute fun to watch (while I recreate some turkey leftovers into a much preferred turkey soup by fam lol)! Thank you for sharing and taking us along with you. Cheers!
Diesel is a necessary evil for me, as I make my way from one end of our country to the other! I use an ap here called Gaspy, to chase the cheapest fuel everywhere that I go, to top up. Grab it at its cheapest, I say! Happy travels to you and your wonderful Ninth Mindy! ❤
9th gets pretty okay gas mileage as in GAS, even with the price raise. The East Coast is way cheaper than the West, so it is all the same to me. Cheers!
Hi, do me a favor, try high test fuel for fuel mileage test. Might be cost effective. I'll be on the road soon with my astro van conversion. Take care 🙂
Hi John, are you referring to the Premium Grade Unleaded? I do put Lucas Oil Engine treatment once per month, but I will give Premium a try. Thanks and Happy Trails, Cheers!
So good you got to catch up with Jaylena and Ember in Texas my old stomping grounds! Studied in Fort Worth before moving to Australia for what I thought was Going to be 2 years and Love happened and I’ve been here in Tassie since! Loved the trip and watching the scenery and gas prices …it still cheaper there than here …I drive a Subaru Outback and it takes about between $80- $90 to fill depending how empty! Before all the craziness of the world only $ 50-$60 bucks.
WOW Sandy, I feel your pain. We had those kind of prices in the past year on the West Coast. I am happy to be gallivanting around the East Coast now, the price is very nice. Auz sounds lovely too, Cheers!
oh how cool you got to see Jaylena and Ember!!
Yes, we had Halloween together. It was so good to see Baby Ember and Jaylena one last time for before the Winter. Good to see you here, Cheers!
Ooh, did I see your phones on your dash? I have small solar panels on my dash also, ever since I began this life, almost 5 yrs sgo, but was told never to put my phones up there with them, especially in the sun. Damages them to be in the sun and so near the glass accentuates that heat. 👍🙃🙂💌🌹
Thanks for this Lesley, I actually put the phones under the charger when I am not looking at the map. But, for folks that do not know this, they will appreciate this info. Cheers!
Hi Mendy. Im glad you’re having a great time. I noticed in the last two videos you dont stop at stop signs and I dont think you notice. Just be careful. We care about you.
You are right! I need to work on that, or it is going to be costly. Cheers!
I really enjoyed this episode, I always enjoy them..but this 1 seemed more special if you know what I mean...anyway love you and your channel..stay safe Mindy ☘❤❤
I DO know what you mean Sandy Mac, and thanks for noticing. I look forward to sharing the next one with you. Cheers!
Love your Element, came out so good. What size tires are you using? Great content and looking forward to watching your continued travels. 👍
Hey J, everything in and on my Element is listed below each video. Thanks for watching, Cheers!
Mindy here's to wishing you safe travels in your 9th. Those stop signs don't say proceed and keep going, they're actually meant for you to stop at. Lol. The last one I did that to the cop hauled in his cruiser and wrote me a big ticket. Have fun on your journey.
LOL! You noticed. I was enjoying the drive so much, and now the World knows that I ride Dirty! Wooo, Cheers!
Je te souhaite un joyeux thanskgiving avec de bons petits plats et la chaleur et l'amour de tes amis. Bonne fête de la dinde ma Belle... Bisous de France ♥♥♥
Merci Pink Frog, and may you be wrapped up in all the love and warmth for this season. Blessings beautiful. Cheers!
Hehe, girlllllllll, you can stop 3 times at that next stop sign!!!! LOL HAHAHAHAHAHA 😆.

I was told,,That the love's truck stops will not fly the American FLAG..
JUST TO let you know, your choice....
But I my self will not stop at one.!!
Good trip, been watching you all morning girl........I've ENJOYED 😉 THANKS 😊👍
Remember, there are NO bad days, JUST bad gear. I got this. As for the Flag comment, I am Canadian, so this does not apply to me. Perhaps you should call them and speak your concerns directly to them. Just a thought, since I or my Subscribers can't help you on this one. Have wonderful Holidays, Cheers!
I DIDNT mean to be rude.
Just made a comment!
You be safe 🙏 ❤ 💙
Happy travels!!
Didn't know you was not a USA girl !!

What is the liner product you used on the doors? Love the setup
Rhino Rapter. I had it professionally installed by Linex in Eugene. There is a video about it on my channel with the Links to ALL of the products I use inside and outside of my rig. Cheers!
Try windshield washers.. 😁😁
And smear all of that all over the windshield? No way! I love climbing up on my new Big tires, and washing my windows this way. Cheers!
Such a fun vlog!, I’m loving traveling along virtually with you.. I have to say you definitely look very rested and Happy. Traveling suits you!! Excited to continue on this journey with you!!! Sending love your way 🥰💕 enjoy your travels, take care.
Hello my Darling, thanks for getting on board. I am so rested and very happy now. The road agrees with me. See you on the next one. Cheers!
I love you, Mindy, but you have got to come to a complete stop at stop signs.
Yes Mother! lol! As you can see from the video, it is a "Ghost Town"...as in no one is on the streets driving. Do you think that I do this in the city? I live on the edge, join me, shall you? Cheers!
I watched your video documenting the installation of your lift kit and new tires/wheels. I'm wondering what have you observed about how the Element drives since lifted as compared to how it drove when stock? Any issues with the geometry change. Looks like installers (Element Driven?) did a very professional job. Thanks for posting the Element related contact. Always appreciated.
Hello B Ped, and welcome to my channel. The E feels like a lifted truck now, whereas before it felt like a boxy station wagon. It performs the same on tight turns and daily driving. I can't tell if the tires make it sound louder going down the road, or my new light-bar installation? lol! Remember I added a lot of weight to my camper, making 9th weigh 4600 pounds now vs 3200 pounds empty without the back passenger seats. (I removed the front passenger seat after the main build, and did not weigh it at that point) My gas mileage has dropped considerably from being able to go 325 miles per tank to about 250 miles now (that is what I have been comfortable with testing, it may go farther?) Today she has 207,000 miles on her, and she is running like a Champ. Cheers!
@@NinthElement thx for sharing your experience. Your Element looks amazing with the lift and wheels.
You need to stop at the stop signs as I always tell my husband.
Hey sweetheart I absolutely love watching your Channel you and I are the same age zactly what I want to do LOL. What I'm wondering is how come you never show us like your nighttime routine how you start to prepare to get ready for that you know what I'm saying like what are the things that you do before you actually go to sleep at night that's what I would like to see
Hi Cathy, I hope that you will enjoy the content that I make that is coming up. Cheers!
Sorry about the gas mileage But it'll be worth it when you're out in the boonies. Was Binging the other day and notice that you have lost a lot of weight in the last year😎
Jules, thanks for noticing. It happened so fast that I still don't notice. The gas mileage is 20 -22 mpg now, kind of a bummer...BUT...I am free now, that is all that matters. Cheers!
Traveling mercies, dear Mindy. I’m always thankful for your perspective and sharing the views and experiences. ✌️❤️🚐
Hello Ms VG3, I am so glad that you enjoy these. I am still learning how to tell my story on the road. Cheers!
Here is a tip for you from a fellow Honda Element owner. I have a roof rack on mine as well and I get the same wind noise as yours. Wrap a bungee cord around your light bar from end to end spacing the cord about 2 inches apart. It will drastically cut down the wind noise and you still will be able to use your lights.
WOW! I had no idea, I am going to try that. Cheers!
