Super and genuine feedback from a typical user of a car… few points which u brought from the perspective of the user will really help someone who is really thinking of buying Astor…
Exactly... Not many many people know that MG made cars are built like a tank. Even the comet has heavy doors and it weighs heavier that celerio which is technically a larger car. Mileage will be less however you are getting a European(Chinese made) spec car with descent reliability (unlike tata and mahindra).
I am planning to buy between Sonet / Venue / Astor. My current car is polo 1.5 diesel. After my test drive, I felt Astor is superior among the 3 shortlished. can you tell me exact mileage bumper to bumper and light traffic?? I heard if we are light footed is gives good mileage with less braking and less than 2000 rpm
Good choice, since Sonet/ venue are compact SUV , where Astor comes in Mid size SUV segment. Mileage in the tight bumper to bumper it tracked 8 to 9kmpl to be honest.
Brother two car selection 3xo.and astor which one by .but two car also text drive compart in astor my chosie also astor .i wactch all astor thank you your support more youtuber drabgage in milagae
My take is mid size crossover la , So astor oda plus points are 1 Astor has the cheapest base varient by a huge margin. So buyers can get a mid size at a cost of a some of a sub meter with great features 2 as for the engine, a 1.5 is a great upgrade for a person coming from a smaller cars, at 12 lakhs , even a vitara sigma costs above 13.5 lakhs Cons 1 you said creta does not give touch screen at the base, but creta base comes with 6 air bags , 4 wheel discs , projector headlights etc as standard , so installing a music syatem is not a issue as they are not technical thing, extra airbags or discs can't be installed on a base of a astor 2 next to the engine 1.5 in a astor is a good upgrade from a small car as i said earlier But there are better engines in the market , eg a 1.5 of a honda ivtec or a 1.5 from a vitara mild hybrid will give you more mileage, and vitara will give 20kmpl at 80kmph and 18 min at 100 due to battery assisted tech And ivtec gives more performance with the relative mileage So issue with astor was with the heavy car the 1.5 was not able to pull the car like others , and even vitara got 4 stars and elevate cousin city got 5 in the asean ncap. So if your budget is tight and around 12 lakhs , astor will be a great option as nobody gives you a mid aize at that price So thanks for the review cheers 😊😊
Hi , I agree that Creta base comes with 6 Bags but I don't think they are giving an LED projector but halogen. On top of it Astor also comes with an All wheel disc brake. Build & Premium wise Astor > Creta however coming to Engine performance Creta has an upper hand. I see sprint and Sharp variant in Astor is valuable for money. No doubt Creta is the King in the segment.( If you can afford 18+ lacks ). Thank you for your opinion 👐.
@@JR_packs yes agreed , creta give halogen projector only , but visibility is a toss up , and yes I missed up the 4 wheel disc point in astor :) , but if price is not a issue that 1.5 engine is a bit of a downer. Bro, Astor base model has 4 wheel disc brake, ESP, ABS, Traction control, Hill hold assist, hill decent control, Auto AC with climate control, rear vent ac, LED projector lamp, back wiper with washer, de fogger, steering wheel mount control, driver seat with height adjustments, 10" monitor with all system control, especially Steering dynamics, android and apple carplay and more..
