Super Healthy Chicken Tikka Salad (Urdu)

  • A super healthy meal alternative if you are counting the calories for healthy living and weight loss
    Ingredients :-
    4 breast of chicken
    1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste
    I packet of chicken tikka masala
    2 cups of yoghurt
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Method of preparing :-
    Pop your yoghurt into a a bowl
    Add your salt / tikka masala / lemon juice / garlic and ginger paste and mix together
    Then cut your chicken into cubes and add to yoghurt and mix together
    Cover and leave in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
    Now get a saucepan or slow cooker
    And cook your chicken for 15-20 mins
    Now get a griddle pan and heat it up
    Place your chicken pieces and char grill them for 5-10 mins
    Take out and let cool down
    Now prepare your salad
    I’ve used lots of different ingredients for the salad
    You can use whatever you like
    Cut your chicken into small pieces and add to salad
    At this point you can add any dressing or sauce of your choice
