I feel so bad for the people who got their account hacked and then used to cheat on.
it happens often but believe it or not the number one way to steal accounts is from "free" cheats anyway. So a majority of people who get their accounts stolen were downloading cheats for games, and the cheat reads the account to see what the account information is EX: games, steam level, login info, etc. And they steal and sell it based on that.

Had my Apex Legends account hacked and used to cheat on when I was traveling in a different country. Appealed it with proof of my being away and from the IP being from a weird location (nowhere near where I had traveled to or my standard area) they gave me back my account with the condition that I turn 2FA on... which is fair :D Wasn't fun to come home to a ban message though
Hacked lol that doesn't happen kid I've been playing games since 1996 never been hacked once ever. If you use third party apps they can steal your account info stupid don't use 3rd party stuff and you won't be hacked
the fact that you have consistent content for your channel is what keeps me from playing this great game.
i have played for 2.5k hours and i barely run in to cheaters and when you do as long as you f7 and make a ticket in the servers discord they get banned relatively quick
I don’t think Zany was hacking. Especially by the way he held the door while you 360 walked around the building staring at him through the wall. Any blatant cheater would have looked at you for info on where you were at.

Last time we get banned by community server for no reasons. After we added admin’s discord ,they unban us . But we lost everything , so stupid admin
If you are too pro in community server , you will be banned for high chance.

I play on warbandits almost exclusively..and every time I see your name pop up(when ban hammering those stinky cheaters, etc) it always makes me happy. And will be one of the main reasons I will continue to not only play on warbandits, but donate to the server to continue providing such great servers and employing even better admins to run them!

Press tab and shift to bring up players in server you're playing on. Look at their steam account if their steam account is blocked or they are low level in steam. They are usually cheating. It will also say said player has ban if you look at their steam account.

@@darkopz And the highest percentage of cheaters getting banned. The response time after reporting is usually quick. I've gotten 💩 on by cheaters then reported them AFTER I found their base.
Then hide nearby and wait for them to get deleted. It's satisfying to watch not to mention all the cheater loot that's usually left for the server to grab.

the guy that said he was on console probably started cheating in console and moved to PC and realized that wasn't any easier so he kept cheating. its so easy to cheat on console without consequences its insane. I know someone that plays console and he's been cheating since release and hasn't had anything happen its pretty shitty

For example instead of seeing the character model as a naked, they’ll see them as a bright neon figure. So they’ll stick out even in the dark or far away. Normally you may miss if a nakeds foot is slightly sticking out behind a box. You won’t miss a bright neon yellow foot though.

Yeah man I love getting my base raided by an admin, asking if the admin is streaming, and then immediately leaving without defending myself, very innocent and ignorant behavior. The guy he raided was named "IssaMeZany" on UA-cam, he makes good content but had game bans for Rust and wasn't allowed to play on the server even if he wasn't cheating at the time, Camomo could've specified, but Zany confirms it in a UA-cam video that he had game bans and the ban was justified.
TLDR guy has a YT channel and has gamebans, isn't allowed to play

I havnt touched Rust in months, feels like the cheating problem has gotten to the point the cheaters outnumber legit players, the time they get banned they've already ruined your experience
yup. Had a cheater yesterday chased me in the dark. Somehow found my base, raided me and I magically got disconnected as he was raiding. He didn't take anything just griefed and left. Admins told me based on his kda he doesn't look suspicious even though he has a VAC ban on his account.
