Iqoo 12, bcz the recent Tensor G3 chip on Pixel 8 series is also far behind Snapdragon Gen 3. Thinking any the apps and technology coming in the future, u need a phone that’s future ready in terms of updates and software.

Most powerful phone with the most pathetic software experience. Older flagship like Samsung s22 series or 23 ultra even nothing phone 2 feel much superior UI smooth and software experience. Kya fayda 8gen 3 ka jab software UI me kuch dam nahi ho ? That's why brands like this only focus and advertise on its hardware only. Bhai software PE bhi dhyan do others company like Xiaomi hyper os is way to good. nothing os, one UI , pixel os , sab badhiya hai lekin funtouch os me koi fun nae hai

Well, watching from the same mobile. So far, the experience is top notch. You know the problem would be with OnePlus... You won't get to experience anything different from an OS perspective atleast... Between a Realme budget phones or One+

Especially considering that the iQOO 12 is just ₹15k more expensive than the iQOO Neo 7 Pro.
I bought the Neo 7 pro just last month. But my previous phone just totally stopped working, and my budget was tight so I couldn't wait at all. Anyway, I'm sure iQOO will keep improving and keep bringing great phones at amazing prices so I'll buy one some years down the line.

Camera and video performance is not good enough compared to iPhone or other android flagships. One can buy much better phones with less specs for that money. Maybe if one is a gamer this could be a good choice?

Almost all the reviewers before the phone launch had given IQOO12 very positive result.
l've also compared some photos & videos they've made and IQOO12 for still picture is on par or better, video almost there only the selfie video lack behind the flagship grade, that is the trade to the great things that IQOO12 has.
After saw you review l'm 100% sure IQOO12 have done it and l've preordered one.

I would also like to have the IQOO 12 imported, but I'm a bit worried about the China ROM because I'm from Germany . Did you also order it from China or do you have the version with Funtouch OS? If so, which one would you recommend?
@@Matti47china has origin os and internationally it has funtouch os.... IMO funtouch is better , less bloat and better optimisation , one thing it does is aggressive ram management...it removes apps from memory after 30-45 mins . But in real life it isn't a con , atleast for me . Go with global varient

I live in Europe and just ordered the phone from China. I did research and compare it with the competitors like Xiaomi 14 pro, Vivo X100 pro, one plus 12, IQOO 12 pro and found that IQOO 12 is the best value for my money. It costs only €600, what a bargain!

@@Matti47 I ordered it from tradingshenzhen for €607 plus shipping. I live in Germany. On their website you will find a video on how to optimize the ROM and delete all the Chinese apps. I don't think the Chinese ROM is a deal breaker if you liked the hardware which is great hardware

Good review. I got this phone. Fantastic display. No heating. Stunning photos. Satisfactory sound output. Wireless charging and better front camera would have been appreciated but overall, an impressive device.
Am also planning to buy dude... Initially thought of buying oneplus 12R...but the spex it is offering to the price point... It is just outstanding... Am only skeptical about OS... But looks like it has improved alot now... How is ur mobile dude??

Medium usage battery lasts how much on real life scenarios, like on 5g, on 5g and connected to wifi etc, that would really help
I am not a gamer. Mostly on wifi. FB, WhatsApp, Instagram etc A few hours on 5G. A full charge gave me almost a full day. No heating while charging or on continuous using.

You are switching from OnePlus so just switch to an OnePlus again iQOO's UI is not as much as good as OxygenOS and performance is same on both the phones. If you are a hardcore gamer go for iQOO but if you want overall Daily runner OnePlus is the way to go!
