Congrats to Kenya for banning plastic bags. As for baby feeders, be sure the recycle symbol doesn't say 3, 6 or 7. Best to switch to food grade silicone items. Put her on time out and make her sit where you tell for 15 to 30 minutes. You will notice a difference. It is not being mean but she will learn when you give a command she must act accordingly.
