The rocky castle at the reservior came from an attempt to duplicate Burirum and Surin but the authority was not aware of the province history. The Esan traditional food, pork sausages in banana leaves and the kuay jub noodles are the best in Thailand, though.

you should say "mai koey hent" instead of "mai koey doo". "mai koey hen" means you have never seen this before
