DJ BBQ love it! I'm brazilian and I went to Portugal last year, really loved the country and the people there. A little tip DJ, when you said "pão" (bread) you sounded like "pau" which is a slang for the male parts, LOL also: you should really learn some brazilian meat recipes, it would make your world crazy
I want damn "Boulette à la liègeoise" from Belgium ! Beautiful porc & veal meatballs in an apple and pear sirup-based sauce (and sometime also a strong trappist bear). Just amazing with great french fries, dude.
This is one of the most fun videos that I've seen you do. It must have been pretty awesome to cook with that guy. He looks like a mob boss. lol Also that pork looked freaking amazballs!!!
Nicholas Davis Any bit without the bone. It's a traditional dish that they grill when doing a whole pig. Something to feed everyone whilst waiting for the hog roast to cook.
DJ BBQ You ever tried momo's. Best food from back home in Nepal i tell ya. Normally its chicken or lamb steamed up but you could get creative and swap it for pulled pork or any other stuffing really.
DJ BBQ - I've never seen pork done that way and it looks delicious. I would love to give it a try. What specific cut of pork did you use here? I know you mentioned pork-steaks but not sure what you were referring to... Or does any fatty cut work? Also since you asked for suggestions for which country to visit next, do try and plan a trip to India(Bart's there too cooking fish these days). The tandoori style of cooking meats and kebabs will open up a whole new world that you haven't explored on this channel quite yet. I would love to see some of those recipes on here and watch you cook them. :) :)
I really liked this video :) And like a true portuguese, i have to say that you have to grill some sardines. We love our sardines as much as we love our garlic ;)
