Veon1......................... I am taking the liberty to tell you your BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING country is PARADISE in SOOOOOOOOOOOO many ways!!! I am hoping to relocate to your lovely country by mid-year 2023 or Spring of 2024. Hoping to visit in September ....I can't wait to visit Porto, Lisbon & the Argarve locations. The US my country that my people built from free labor is done w/the daily madness of crime, hate, angry folks, high cost of living that is plaguing our lives. I find it interesting when I learn that presently {I understand in the past economically Portugal struggled} the economy especial Technology is growing. With all the other good reasons to relocate & make Portugal a country to retire in I'm there now in my mind. I'm done w/this extra new level of madness mindset w/violence & gun culture that the American citizens are being forced to live with. YOU MUST GET HOME SICK MISSING.............THE COOLNESS & RESPECTFUL WAY MOST PORTUGESE PEOPLE TREAT EACH OTHER & TOURIST {WE FEEL WELCOMED} | THE PEACHFUL ATMOSPHERE FROM AM TO LATE INTO THE PM | LOW TO ALMOST NO CRIME EXCEPT A FEW PICK POCKET OF TOURISTS | VISITING THE TOWNS FEELING SAFE AS TOURIST & APPRECIATED BY THE NATIVES | THE AMAZING FRESH | ORGANIC CUISINE | THE INEXPENSIVE $$$ OF THE MAJORITY OF RESTAURANTS | THE AMAZING BEAUTY OF EVERY INCH OF YOUR COUNTRY IS MIND BLOWING!!! LET'S NOT DISCUSS THE AWESOME WEATHER ESPECIALLY IN THE ARGARVE AREA | THE GORGEOUS BEACHES ARE BEAUTIFUL ...PORTUGAL IS BECOMING THE BEST COUNTRY TO SURF | THE LOVELY CLEAN TOWNS PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE AFTER DISCOVERING THEM | THE GORGEOUS STREET DESIGNS OF THE COBBLE STONE DESIGNS ARE SO UNIQUE & GORGEOUS HOW BLOCKS APART THE DESIGN CHANGES | THE ART IN PORTUGUAL IS AMAZING | GREAT BOUTIQUE'S TO SHOP | STORE OWNER RESPECT THEIR BUSINESSES & THE TOURIST WHICH THEY TREAT RESPECTFULLY | LOVE THE WAY YOU GUYS PARTY.........ALSO DIG HOW YOU GUYS ENJOY GETTING TOGETHER w/FAMILY & FRIENDS & SOCIALIZE OUTSIDE YOUR HOMES & HOW MANY PORTUGESE EAT OUT LATE IN THE PM | LOVE THE WAY EACH VILLAGE /TOWN DECORATES FOR THE HOLIDAYS ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS. TOO MANY REASONS FOR ME NOT TO RELOCATE TO YOUR AWESOME & LOVELY COUNTRY! OHHHHHHHHHHHHH & I LOVE YOUR LANGUAGE ALWAYS HAVE ....SMILE..............PEACE

When you make this at home @DJ BBQ use white wine, much better tasting and more normal use in Portugal (I'm from here).
Just let the the ''Febras'' marinate for half an hour in white wine, sea salt, fresh pepper, bayleafs.
Summer, BBQ and some beers.. Perfect!

DJ BBQ - I've never seen pork done that way and it looks delicious. I would love to give it a try. What specific cut of pork did you use here? I know you mentioned pork-steaks but not sure what you were referring to... Or does any fatty cut work?
Also since you asked for suggestions for which country to visit next, do try and plan a trip to India(Bart's there too cooking fish these days). The tandoori style of cooking meats and kebabs will open up a whole new world that you haven't explored on this channel quite yet. I would love to see some of those recipes on here and watch you cook them.
