@@CHOIRANG. yo, nice video... But I think you are confused about what branch manager means. It means the person who is in charge of the franchise at one location/outlet only. Every franchise shop/location will have a different branch manager, whereas CEO is a bigger position for the company itself. So branch managers be junior to CEO. Branch means location. You are at one branch and you have a different branch manager from Zoe's mum. Zoe's mom is at a different location of the same company, so she is a branch manager in that location only. Branch manager < CEO I hope this solves your confusion
