Please i have a worry, my step daughter bears my wife father's name because my wife gave birth to her while at school abd the guy was nit responsible and ran into tin air, and because their relationship was illegal,the parent assume the responsibility. Now i will need the father to issue a certificate of consent. Will it pose a problem since my wife father is still the responsible father of my step daughter?

The duration of the tourist visa is only 3 months, ( tourist visa for Libyan citizen only 3 months validity ) . Not like other Nationalities who give them 5 years or ten years. After 5 months from the day of take photo, I applied for lottery 24. Exactly on the 5th of October , and applied with the same photo for both (expired tourist visa + lottery DV24). I won Dv 2024 ,my case number Af 21800. This means that the photo is no longer 6 months old when applying for the lottery. The question is, can the consul refuse the photo ?! And Dv visa? Coz i used same photo for ( Dv24 & tourist)
Sorry brother for my curiosity. I've never seen leyban beside professors in universities who teach other countries living outside lebya except in USA. Why average lebyan love to migrate to USA. I've seen 1000s in social particularly in the states.

When I was applying for the lottery during my original entry I apply as Single but I was having a son and did not include his name in my application because he was not staying with me together. Now I have won in filling my DS260 form I include his name in my application does this affect me
@@BritSimon In Filling the DS260 the ask me if I have children I said yes. they asked again how many children I have I said one. They ask again if am going to travel with him to US I said no but will be joining me later

no interviews are done in kampala its always nairobi. The US embassy in kampala handles NOT immigration services
