123 multiply with 4 and it will be 492
492 will be subtracted from 498 and we get 6 and 1 will come down
61 does not come in 123 table so it will not go and we will add 0 after 4 in quotient then 5 will come down
223 multiply with 5 is 615
So, the remainder is 0 and quotient is 405
