    現在餐車在星期日會在新竹假日花市擺攤,超級入味好吃,拿了號碼牌後先去逛花市,逛一圈在回來拿。(1支40、3支100元,在新竹市真的超級佛心價格)

@@flyingmousefood No, this is an incredible invention...It took me a few minutes to figure out the stick was slid into a pipe and secured with a wing nut...and when finished it is removed and placed in the bag..
      Absolutely brilliant innovation..
My Mexican comment concerned the way they add the condiments and season the corn..
In large US cities and all over Mexico you have vendors with hot precooked corn wrapped in foil in their push carts.
They remove the foil slather the corn with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with a dry Mexican cheese and finish it with a hot chili and salt blend...they hand you the stick and you walk along the street eating it..
      This IS BETTER!
The open flame roasting process..basting and seasoning into the bag...
We wrap corn in foil and put it on the bbq when smoking meats or chicken back home..you put butter and salt and pepper inside the the foil and manually turn the corn...setting it off to the side to finish as the meat cooks..wonderful to open that foil..
Fabulous video showing the world something I sure nevet saw before..

@@jeffmill999 My God, it turns out that the roasted corn I filmed was made with such a special machine. Uncle, you are really too professional. I don't know the combination of the raw materials and food. But I know, this grilled corn is very delicious, and at night markets, we are all used to walking around with this kind of food.

@@flyingmousefood Yes, it is Taiwanese ingenuity I think...
Taking the rotisserie method of chicken or meat and creating a way to speed up the grilling of corn for night market production..
I worked in many environments as a cook and Chef...Mass production of a fresh product and having consistency is difficult.
Anybody can make 2 or 6 ears of corn..(we say ear in US)..But, how do you do 100s?
      Voila...this unit ...
It took me a while to figure out the stick was clamped in a pipe with a wing nut..simply genius..
I just watched that man and wife make whole wood roasted chicken road side..They make a great team..
I was laughing at the man cutting wood on the band saw...there is a guide you can use so you do not cut your fingers off...ha ha..
      He was very steady...
I worked with a lot of saws...mainly chain saws cutting down large trees.
I do miss the great corn from my State in USA and growing corn in my garden.
      Sweet sweet corn for eating.
The corn in Cambodia is more like what we would feed hogs back in the US.

The grilled corn is a favourite of mine as well. I am like you, I will buy and eat several flavours of corn. I have tried them at the night markets in Taipei. But I found one vendor at the Keelung night market which really stands out in my mind. The depth of flavour in his corn was quite memorable.

@@flyingmousefood Yes, my wife and I love BBQ grilled corn. I am so sorry because I do not have the Google address because it was during my last visit to Taiwan in 2019 just before the pandemic. The night market in Keelung is HUGE and it was a rainy Saturday evening. The vendor was near a street where I parked the car in an elevated parking garage.
I will make a mental note of this vendor when I am back in Taiwan...hopefully next year when the pandemic is over. And I will Google & GeoTag the vendor.
If you get the chance, you should visit Mexico. They have AMAZING BBQ / grilled corn at their street markets too. They offer a dry rub version along with a creamy savoury sauce version as well.

      95元的玉米應該要很好吃,很多肥肥的玉米粒吧(以前我是這麼認為XDDDD)

As a new subscriber I had the same question too, she did mention on “About Page”, this Google account belonged to her deceased grandpa. I can only guess maybe he loved flying, was born in year of the mouse & had a passion for food. :-). Guess will both wait for her reply.

    • @flyingmousefood

In Taiwan, 90-year-olds are illiterate and can't use smartphones, and their food, clothing, housing, and transportation all operate in the suburbs. My grandfather belonged to this era.
And his sons, that is, my uncles, when my grandfather is old, will only covet the old father's property and insult him for it. To them, the old father is just money. They didn't really care about the father, and it was impossible to take him on trips and taste different cuisines.
Grandpa has been very kind to me since I was very young. I don't want his life to be only "alive", so I bought a sofa, TV, computer, smartphone for him to use, and registered a Google account, The name is "mouse fly", which translates to "mouse(for PC) fly" in English. I want him to have access to "the outside world".
My deceased grandfather likes me to take him everywhere to taste delicious food that the suburbs can't provide. Whenever grandpa said to me that your grandma would never be able to make this kind of food, I felt...indescribable, I can feel the joy that human beings radiate from their hearts. So after Grandpa left, I started a channel called Flying Mouse Food.
I am traveling around with my grandpa, who has always loved me the most.
