We just rented a motorbike/scooter for 300 pesos a day. But it’s just cheap for the transpo within the island.

Yes you can. But make sure you order food from their restaurant if you want to stay within the area in amihan and for kota beach it’s a public area where you can enjoy the beach. Thanks
