i don't know what happen to Armaspec ? I ordered SRS AR10 Gen4 and the SRS Ar15 Gen4 with the spacers pack for both on Dec.19th 2023 and here we are today 1/26/2024 and my order still hasn't shipped ! I have emailed them with no response from my last email on 1/14/2024 , they had no problem taking my money which cleared my bank on 12/20/2023 . They have serious problems and very poor customer service . When my friend James who is at Shot Show 2024 asked them about my order and showed them a picture of my order and they just laugh at him like it was normal for their company ! You might want to make people aware of the problems on getting your orders !

Yeah idk whats going on there, but I do know we had them come in stock and then ship to all customers with no issue. I have no idea on what goes on at armaspec

I will be more then happy to give you the order# plus there are complaints on your FB page saying and asking where their orders are ! But really upsets me the most is why would your reps at Shot Show 2024 just laugh at my friend James when he showed them the order like thatis now become the norm for Armaspec !I don't see anything to laugh at . @@aimsurplus

New update I received an Email yesterday from Armaspec explaining they are waiting for new springs to come in and it will probably be a week before they do . They will send my order as soon as they get the new springs . @@aimsurplus

I think you might be confused, we are not armaspec. Our reps at shot show are the owners of AIMSurplus. We cannot do anything with an armaspec order number because that’s not our company. That is like me going to Toyota and asking why my Mercedes isn’t in yet.
