if we have job that runs every 15 min and it takes 3-5 min to complete - is it cheaper to turn on the dataflow TTL or NOT

Hey Maheer, I was using this feature (TTL) for a while now. It used to be a lot faster. The startup time should be less than 5 sec per Microsoft's documentation. However recently it climbed up more than a minute. It is still better than running a data flow separately but I wonder why it is not that fast anymore. Do you know what would be reason for this?
