      @@MASTER3RDEYE Apparently it is legal under the broad power given to the President under Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. It's not the first time pre-emptive pardons have been issued by a US President, although in those cases there was a legitimate reason for the pardon, whereas in Brandon's case, he is handing out pardon's like candy to make sure the truth doesn't get out about all the crimes these people and his administration have committed. I wonder if President Trump could prove this fact, would the pardons be reversable?

      Not to mention, if these pardons are not struck down by Supreme Court, it open any and all administration in the future to commit any federal crimes freely because it can be pardon before the crime is even commited, A president can now have others commit federal crimes on their behalf with no repercussions, political assasination, moving of federal funds to any accounts, the possibilities are very scary and endless.

    Is there any precedence for prenmtive pardons? And did he just say the more sycophants you have, the better you are? Does he know what a sycophant is? Oh and 6th amendment. Sitting in a cell for 4 years with with no chance of a trial is definitely unconstitutional. "Plead guilty or rot" is not how thd legal system is supposed to work.

    Trump needs to challenge these pardons in court. You can't pardon a crime of someone if they were never indicted, tried, or convicted of that crime.
