    Super demonstration it will help many to do Kapal pathi pranayama in a correct way. You have to show it without wearing the jubbashirt then only we know movements

    I can't do kapalbhati

    Thank you for the video. One question. You mentioned the situation when the right nostril is blocked, but in fact you point to the left nostril and then you close right nostril and do Kapabhati with left nostril open. So in essence are you saying that if a particular nostril is blocked, then close that nostril and do Kapabhati on the nostril that is open?

      I noticed that too. It makes sense to keep the blocked nostril open (so more air can flow and help open it ) and close the one that's fully open and then do kapalabhati. Around 6:19 min into the video, he offers clarification which I think is in line with what I said in the previous sentence.

    Fire element or solar plexus chakra is governed by samaan vaayu which is above navel area and below heart area.so what i ahve learned from my Guru is we have to move area few inches above navel

    You have EXPLAINED how l have reduced belly fat by over EIGHT INCHES in a couple of months...

    If the right nasal way is blocked then you press with the finger on the right side of nose? It would make sense to me to block with finger the left side for the breathing to be balanced.

    Super Explaination!! You have addressed a very core issue Deviated Nasal Bone !!! I have tried Kapal Bhati several times but always felt headache !!     Namaste Prashatj ! I irritated my bowels and stomach due to too much spices, over eating and eating sweets after dinner. Now I lost a lot of weight because of that. Is it ok t0 practice kapalbhati? Will it help? what practice, will it help?
