I can relate to this. I have a team member (at work let's say) who is highly incompetent. Trying to stand for both of our ideals/ideas is what almost killed me. I am the conventionally bad guy and if I get to position of power alone, I will push my agenda only and be myself.

Started med school this summer and was met with a truly brutal anatomy grind lol. I definitely heard the doubtful whispers and still do. 5 more weeks, followed by almost 4 more years, followed by years of residency. Time to suffer. 😆
