That is oil temperature it'll go up and stop right before 250f when u hard drive the car otherwise it's chiling like in ur video

Tim, it’s the oil temperature, there’s nothing wrong with the thermostat
To close the windows you can hold the lock in the door and the windows will close, you don't have to code it to close them if you don'thave the door panels, but it is nice have it on the key so you can do it from the distance.

With the windows going up/down with the key, it's standard on most German cars but you can also code in rain detection. So if it rains and you have left you windows + sunroof open and the car is locked, it will close it all 👍

For the alignment I was told that you must have a full tank, and 50lb weights added to the left and right rear passengers foot wells.
Once that was done , the alignment was spot on. It was one of those lifetime alignment places that told me they don’t do BMWs because of that ! 😆
Ngl I'd like to see a Budget build of like 7k to see what kinds luxury car you can get and rebuild 😂

To use the remote and roll the windows down is a very old feature that was even on some of the old 3 series. On the older BMW use the key in the driver's door to roll the windows back up.....

On BMW F30 , the left headlight , when I turn it on. It doesn't wanna "adjust" to "drive" height. It's like shining 1meter "far".
BMW agents say I must buy new headlight.
Isn't there something I can replace to make it "adjust" again ?

what is color blender you put on before base coat? i have heard of a blender to use on clear coat when blending a panel. could it have been adhesion promoter?

I have the same car I am building same color as well. Bought it from the auction as well replaced the headlights mine didn’t come with headlights in it and the ones I purchased when I tried to get them coded to the car it said not compatible so I wanted to see if you had any problem with that. Can you also give me the part numbers for your headlights on your car and maybe the main module part number. Mine also shows it should have adaptive led and that’s what I purchased but it says not compatible so I am trying to figure out maybe I have to replace the modules. 2017 X5M

That's weird no standard coding on the windows my 2007 Passat and 2014 Volvo both have it is it a US thing?
That gage doesn’t show the motor temperature. Instead it’s the oil temperature.

When you purchase the Carly Adapter after u use it once on a let say BMW 1 series , would be able to use on a BMW 3series as well ...or would you have to pay for subscription to get the info needed to do whatever in terms of diagnosis for BMW 3 series and other vehicles if needed too.....
From what I remember you do not need to buy another subscription

Thats oil temp, to check coolant temp, you have to access hidden menu on instrument cluster.
