Nice vid! Sometimes I make packets of frozen salmon and veggies from costco, wrapped in foil. I can throw it in the countertop oven or steam it side-by-side with a sweet potato in my instant pot. If you want to be more advanced you can steam it on a delayed timer so it's ready when you get home.
