I like the idea of having a snack drawer next to the bed. Will definitely copy this. And that diaper changing pad will definitely grab one of that. I’m on my 28th week now of my 1st pregnancy so mommas like you have been very helpful in my preparation of my baby girl’s coming. So, thank you!!
This is old but for anyone dealing with babies with eczema, use aquaphor products 🙌🏽 the healing ointment is like chefs kiss and the wash/shampoo works well too 🤌🏽
I just use a little bit of organic castile soap (Dr. Bronner's sells baby unscented and it's amazing) and then organic jojoba oil for moisturizer.
All these neutral tones are s nice, the nursery must be so calming :)
Thank you! I try to make it as calming as possible. Her actual nursery is very neutral too but I haven’t finished designing it yet.
I use the Shea moisture on my babies and kids and it’s amazing. They are SUPER sensitive skin kids

I feel like the Hatch gets better with your kiddos age. I'm currently pregnant with my second, and when my first was tiny, I felt like you do about the Hatch. Now that 1st is a toddler, it is SO much more useful - especially for setting limits on when to get out of bed (when the light turns green and the birds sing), etc. Good video - thanks for the reminders!
I used mustela on my babygirl, its gentle. They have a sensitive version as well

I know this comment is old, but I hope you tried tye b-complex. Especially b12! I have a b12 deficiencyand without the drops, I get pins and needles in my hands and feet. They help so much! Hope they helped you! ❤

Yeah the baby dove is sensitive and Not scented but I guess it just did not agree with her skin. But she got the cetaphil for Christmas so will try that
We use Shea moistures oat milk and rice water wash and shampoo, it’s super gentle and natural and has no scent but they do have other shampoos as well that are naturally scented

Johnson & Johnson oatmeal brown bottle worked for my sensitive babe
Just hatched is a great brand for babies with sensitive skin. I’m obsessed. My son will break out with basically anything so just hatched works great.
I know I’m late to the party, so this is not very relevant to you, but I just wanted to mention for baby wash and shampoo Dr Bronners baby unscented soap. It’s very minimalistic, can be used for virtually anything too (in the past we’ve used it on us, on our dogs, even as an impromptu dish soap). Very gentle, and clean.
Well I always used baby dove wash and then grease her down with aquaphor baby ointment

I think you should just use castille soap it does not have other additives and it is super gentle.

Tubby Todd is amazing!! For shampoo lotion EVERYTHING
We use tubby Todd. It’s a bit more expensive but it’s a small business and the mama made it because her son had sever eczema. It’s all natural products! They have all kinds of stuff. We’ve only used the hair and body wash, hair detangler and lotion and I definitely recommend. Hopefully you find something that works for her!

I used coconut oil on my son as he has very sensitive skin until 4 months old. I did not use any products for washing ,just water .

I GOTTA TRY the b complex fpr my Pseudo Carpal Tunnel. Even my Dr didn't mention that and it's been keeping me up at night. I sleep 2 hrs straight MAX.

i use aveeno baby wash and lotion
Your supply is down because you’re going 8 hour stretches without feeding or pumping. If she is sleeping through the night without eating then your body is not signaling to make more milk. The best way to get a good supply is feed on demand & even if they sleep for longer than 2 hour stretches, you have to get up and at least pump. Not trying to be rude but that’s the main issue with most women.
Im super late on this, but maybe cetaphil baby wash might be good to try too

I really wish I had few of these things when my youngest was a baby . We are trying now still so some good ideas on what I can possibly get .
I remember trying to make my registry for her and feeling overwhelmed with all the new baby stuff they have now, that was not really available for when I had my son. Praying for y’all since you’re trying again that is so exciting!

Not trying to be negative in any sort of way it’s just a question… I’m 17 and a ftm and everyone tells me co sleeping is really dangerous for your baby in the chance of A your baby has a much higher risk for SIDS and possibly suffocating or rolling on your baby. Do you have her in anything in your bed or does she just sleep next to you?
She sleeps in her own crib now. But she slept on my chest for a while then she no longer wanted to do that. She then next to me in the bed until she was ready to be in her crib. I let her sleep the only way she wanted to sleep because that’s the only way I could sleep 😊
My son slept in his crib on his own the day we got home from the hospital, my daughter wanted no part of that, she didn’t even sleep while we were in the hospital unless she was on my chest 🤷🏽♀️
Where did you get the nasal aspirador? That is so much better than the manual ones and seems more hygienic too
