Unfortunately, it is not possible to put a moon filter or any filter on the spotting scope

There are some like the Celestron Hummingbird spotting scopes which have removable eye pieces and they will accept 1.25"astronomical eye pieces so you could screw a Moon/Planetary filter into one of those.
