Lou: Have you ever seen a dancer tie their hair up? You don't see that a lot. Like they don't tie their hair up. Jimin and Tae in the Black Swan Dance Practice: aM I a JoKE tO yOu??!!
Alicia Davidson me and her are the same height. 5’9 is pretty rare amongst girl groups. They’re always shorter than me. Nothing wrong with a y’all mama♥️ I was just quoting Ous lol
To answer your question about hair getting in the way while dancing, it does get in the way a lot so most of us usually tie our hair when practicing the routine. However while performing I don’t tie my hair because sometimes the hair band just breaks or something and I do a lot of head movements so my hair just makes it look more idk elegant I guess?
I tend to wear my hair down when I dance, especially because I freestyle most of the time, I feel like it adds to the feel of the song, with my hair waving in an elegant way or falling on my face when the beat drops.. It adds to it all.
to comment on the hair thing, I've been dancing my whole life and yes hair does get in the way but there is a technique thats hard to get down where you can keep your hair always out of your face, some dancers are really good at it but I can't do it I always have my hair up
i usually tie my hair in rehearsals, or when im learning the choreo, but letting it loose while you perform can add to the aesthetic. like for example if you're doing the hand bang thing that lou was doing at 5:53, letting your hair down can exaggerate the move and put in a lot of power
Hello! Get ready for Everglow's Return of the Girl 3rd mini album dropping on 1st December 2021! Please react to it. Also please react to Everglow first time (?) at the AAAs (Asia Artist Awards)
2:39 Yo my favorite EverGlow song is "BON BON CHACOLAT" even though some of their other songs have a harder beat, bro yo just have to appreciate their debut song and how far they came.
Yes we dancers usually tie our hair up when doing a full practice. If it's supposed to be a performance with your hair down, we do that after we've mastered a good portion of it. But yes, I usually tie my hair because it sticks to my neck and face
For dancing, it just depends on the look you're going for when you put your hair up or down. When I do it, I put my hair up cause it gets in my way, but during some performances they keep their hair down and slick the top of their hair with gel or hairspray, or let it down free if they can make it work
As a perfessional k-coverist with my team --->, normally when doing covers my hair goes with whatever the concept is or artist has, same with outfits, but if I'm doing a school performance we have to have our hair up in a bun or out of our face that is including our bangs, dance instructors and directors can be very strict, but if it's fun and easy dance covers at home I either put it up once I get extremely hot or annoyed with my hair or keep it down and or whatever for concepts.
5:20 So while practicing I always keep my hair tied, because it does get in your way with certain dances. Especially when you have braids like me. It’s not all soft and elegant. When I perform it’s usually tied up in a ponytail as well, but some dances look better when your hair is down.
To answer your question about the hair, someone actually made a video explaining why female idols dont tie their hair in a ponytail you can find it on youtube ! It slaps their face and eyes when they dance. When they have their hair down it won’t hurt as much
about the hair thing, yes it gets on the way but there are some dancers that use a really difficult technique so the hair doesn't get on their way. but normally (while practicing) dancers tie their hair up cause it's more comfortable but when they perform some of them don't. it depends on the dance and the dancers abilities.
ex dancer here lmao long hair usually gets in the way so dancers most likely tie it up when practicing, but depending on the choreography we tied it up a certain way or let it down
as a dancer it depends on the vibe you’re goin for. in class my teacher made me put my hair up but if there was a dance we should have our hair down for we would practice with it down
Some dancers i know and me dancing we don't tie our hair up because the ponytail comes lose and our hair doesn't really distract us because of us being used to it
For the hair question it’s different for every girl and type of style of the music. For example I dance Ballet Folklorico and our hair has to be in a bun all the time, but yes it does get in our way so we tie it up!
just wanted to casually drop a request if ya’ll don’t mind. ‘wannabe’ and ‘without you’ are golden child’s latest comebacks; they’re really unique and the choreo for both songs is out of this world. this group has everything and i just wanted to suggest this hehe. ramadan mubarak xo
I always slow down when I have to do quick turns bc my hair whips me in the face even when I put it in a bun it just falls out. Sometimes it's better to let your hair down and let it do its thing u know?
Honestly My dance coaches make it requirement when we do contemporary peices and stuff like that. But I like to let my hair down when do hip hop ect bc it adds a cool sassy sauce .it fun to flip it around which make u seem like ur going full out .But most let up bc it gets sweaty but yeah loll
To answer your question: sometimes having your hair down during a performance adds extra confidence (at least for me) because the option for hair flips exists if that makes sense
To be honest iam a dancer myself I’m on a dance team and the hair does get in our way but we have it down to also look good when we’re dancing but we also tie it up to add some style
To answer Lou's dancer question about hair, idol dancers have to actually PRACTICE moving their neck a certain way to bounce the hair where they want. There's a whole technique to hair flipping in Kpop because not every idol can just have their hair up. It has to fit their aesthetic or concept.
for me when i dance my hair is like jimins in black swan when he got the wings out, but when i dance it gets in my face but ill just easily flick it back and just keep dancing
For me it’s really counts on the song, like if it’s sexy or something like this you wanna have your hair down to feel yourself but if it’s like more hard core than yeah, but it’s not really distracting but if your recording you don’t really have a choice you have to get through it
Since you mentioned Lisa's hair in Lilidance 3, and talkin about girlgroups not tieing their hair.. Rosé braid her hair in Whistle dance practice. Jennie tied her hair in Playing with Fire dance practice. Lisa is in a ponytail in Kill This Love dance practice.😂😂
Bon Bon Chocolat is my favourite title track, Moon and Player are my favourite b-sides. Check out Everglow’s dance covers, I think you’d both really enjoy them ☺️
I love the dance and I am learning it No, tying my hair does not hinder me from finishing or doing my dance I have to tie my hair since it is very long .....
I don't tie my hair while dancing because its easier and more comfortable to dance with open hair and because i do a lot of head movements it looks better with open hair and its more comfortable for my scalp lmao
Hey guys. I'm a dancer and some dances require your hair to be loose and for some it just makes it more fun☆ Althoughbi do tie my hair up when I practice difficult, excessive dances. 내 대답이있다.
as a dancer myself i like to keep up my hair up cause i don't like how it can get all up in my lip gloss, or when i sweat and it sticks to my face lmao. dats just me tho some dancers like to keep their hair down when they dance cause it makes them feel more confident, so t depends but it doesn't really "get in the way" it just depends on what makes you comfortable and how you want to feel when your dancing
“I think I found my bias” *in thumbnail*
proceeds to not say who their bias is😂😂
Cya L i was waiting for that moment😭

Alicia Davidson me and her are the same height. 5’9 is pretty rare amongst girl groups. They’re always shorter than me. Nothing wrong with a y’all mama♥️ I was just quoting Ous lol
“She got good knees”
My favorite quote of the year 😂👌💜
Ous: *reacts a girl group while still having Lisa as his number one*

"Everglow, I hope you forever glow"
That should be their slogan or something - it's too good😍
I literally chocked on my drink when Lou said "I sing." Drop cover vocal legend!
I tend to wear my hair down when I dance, especially because I freestyle most of the time, I feel like it adds to the feel of the song, with my hair waving in an elegant way or falling on my face when the beat drops.. It adds to it all.

The tall girl is Aisha she’s 5’9 which is taller than Jimin...I love her 💜💜
You ain’t gotta expose Jimin like that 🤣

Y’all right when you say Aisha’s tall, queen is 5’8.5 🤩
i usually tie my hair in rehearsals, or when im learning the choreo, but letting it loose while you perform can add to the aesthetic. like for example if you're doing the hand bang thing that lou was doing at 5:53, letting your hair down can exaggerate the move and put in a lot of power

React to their other covers (love shot, boss, shoot out) or player/no lie stages
ex dancer here lmao long hair usually gets in the way so dancers most likely tie it up when practicing, but depending on the choreography we tied it up a certain way or let it down
My favorite song of everglow is salute and the dance practice is wow
we do use our hair up but the lose hair just gives the dance a touch of confidence but yes it does get in the way most of the time😂😂
as a dancer it depends on the vibe you’re goin for. in class my teacher made me put my hair up but if there was a dance we should have our hair down for we would practice with it down
Some dancers i know and me dancing we don't tie our hair up because the ponytail comes lose and our hair doesn't really distract us because of us being used to it
I would like to see you guys react to “who me” and/or “Hip hop lover/phile” by BTS.
For the hair question it’s different for every girl and type of style of the music. For example I dance Ballet Folklorico and our hair has to be in a bun all the time, but yes it does get in our way so we tie it up!
my favourite everglow song is player its so good, you should react the player and no lie they both slap
As a dancer, I put my hair up when I’m learning a dance but maybe not when I’m recording a cover, video or tutorial
just wanted to casually drop a request if ya’ll don’t mind. ‘wannabe’ and ‘without you’ are golden child’s latest comebacks; they’re really unique and the choreo for both songs is out of this world. this group has everything and i just wanted to suggest this hehe. ramadan mubarak xo

Lou Have Finally Found His Bias 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bon Bon chocolat will forever be my top song from everglow 😷✌🏾
To answer your question: sometimes having your hair down during a performance adds extra confidence (at least for me) because the option for hair flips exists if that makes sense
Also it’s sometimes in the choreo where you’ll have to do something with your hair so there’s that too
This is my favorite Everglow song. Adios and Bon Bon Chocolat are also fire though.
love your videos💛
To be honest iam a dancer myself I’m on a dance team and the hair does get in our way but we have it down to also look good when we’re dancing but we also tie it up to add some style
i think they must have like superpowers to not get annoyed at their hair. like hunny when i walk down the damn street my hair goes everywhere
"She's got good knees" 😂😂
As a dancer i usually tie my hair up when practicing.

To answer Lou's dancer question about hair, idol dancers have to actually PRACTICE moving their neck a certain way to bounce the hair where they want. There's a whole technique to hair flipping in Kpop because not every idol can just have their hair up. It has to fit their aesthetic or concept.

The girl you commented about her height “aisha” is 174 cm tall “5’8.5”
Since you mentioned Lisa's hair in Lilidance 3, and talkin about girlgroups not tieing their hair..
Rosé braid her hair in Whistle dance practice. Jennie tied her hair in Playing with Fire dance practice. Lisa is in a ponytail in Kill This Love dance practice.😂😂
