I tried to play Super Meat Boy with the LPad for movement years ago, but couldn't ever get it to work the way I wanted it to. Then this year I picked up Hades and have found the perfect width of the pad using a Joystick Move setup with a little inner deadzone, 20% outer deadzone, full scale sensitivity on Horiz and Vert, and then a relaxed stick response curve. With this setup I'm doing the best I ever have in Hades, and was even able to get through a part of Celeste that I was struggling with using a regular XBox controller. Long live the Steam Controller, and keep up the posts and especially the highlights like "D-Pad Warriors" at the end. That was a nice little showcase from the community.
