You get more rep when you complete contracts that have 4+ days left to complete, if a contract has 4 days left you'll get 50 rep whereas 3 days left to complete only gets 40 rep. Less days left less rep gained for completing.

If you make all the stuff you have just sitting in your machines and sell stuff in marketplace and stockpile your warehouse you will gain reputation and cash for everything you sell
