Jeff became part of our family at the Bill G. event he shared. Took him home with us in a DVD case... let him out to play in our pastoral living room parties. Glad to report four generations of very happy men. Thank you Jeff, for all the years you have ministered to our hearts and lives. Can't wait for your Galactic Tours.
Jeff Allen! = One of our favorite clean comedians; started watching his material back in early to mid 2000’s ❤
I love the comedy, but my heart goes out to the candid details of the transformation Jeff talks about in his life. These aren't self-righteous, highlights he speaks about. He isn't talking only about the good times and successes he has lived; he shares where he was and how the transformation happened. I give Jeff credit not only for taking the difficult steps necessary to change his life but also for the deep humility in which he shares some very personal details. We all have the low-lights in our lives, but most people only share the things we are proud of. Jeff makes us look at ourselves as a work in progress, and we work at it until we leave this world. We are all a work in God's hands, and we need to remember that He isn't done with us yet. We are just clay in the Potter's hands. 🙏
Love Jeff Allen! Have watched him many times. Great to hear about your life! God is all about healing broken vessels. ❤ Best to you and your family.
I love the true heart that Jeff has and shows in this interview. There is not a one of us that cannot find something to relate to here. Keep your compass pointed to the prize in the race you run, Jeff. Bless you!
@Jeff Allen: I love you and you are the only comedian I can watch the same bit over and over and still laugh. Looking forward to reading your book!
Thank you Jeff for sharing your testimony of how the Lord has drastically changed you from "those people" to who you are today. Keep being bold in sharing your faith....... you can reach sooo many with The Truth.
He is my favorite comedian!! ❤😂
I love Jeff Allen, I just bought both of your books & have already listened to 'Where Dogs Go To Live'. Going to listen to 'Are We There Yet' this week. God bless you & Tammy & may God continue to shower you with blessings & provision & lavish you with His love.
Love you and your life and testimony, Jeff. You are a great example even if you don't know it. Good bless you, brother!
Thanks to you, Jeff, for making our everyday issues/concerns/happenings so laughable & amusing. Your definitely well equipped with your "skills set" of humor to brighten our days.
Jeff, thank YOU! Your testimony is helpful! Don't stop! Hope to see you live one day!
I had watched a few on this podcast and thot it was just ok. But this one with Jeff…pure gold! God bless you Jeff ❤
Can't wait for the new special. Jeff is one of my all-time favorites.
I love Jeff! I wouldn't know who he was if it wasn't for Dry Bar! He's in my top 5 Dry Bar comedians!
I love how REAL and FUNNY you are. God bless you!!!!
Awesome testimony love watching Jeff Allen on any of his shows! Keep up the good work! GOD Bless
I love those tacos too, I am from CA and I lived on those things. I live in WI now and I think about them a lot.
LOVE Jeff's message. Life is not perfect, but can be BETTER. Keep it up "My Man"!
Looking forward to your new special, i saw them all... 🤟from the Netherlands!!
Go Jeff!!!
The hosts did great! They acknowledged each other, bantered, and didn't distract us from their guest. And guess what? They did it ALL after drawing attention to their criticism(s). That's a homerun, boys!
Heard Jeff on Sirius while driving flatbed. Kept me sane. That was 24 years ago. I still listen to Jeff almost every night to smile my way to sleep. I too was a fan of standup comedy as a kid. Cosby albums were my weakness. My dad’s best gift to me was him taking me to see Bill live in Chicago. Never got the courage to try standup. Too much of a coward.
That podcast is great!
This guy's good 👍
Nice work Jeff
I saw Jeff Allen in Pittsburgh, Pa, at the old Civic Arena when he was on tour with The Gaithers and Friends. It was about a week before Christmas, and I think it was in 1996. The whole event was awesome, beautiful, and fantastic 👏 ❤.
I met Jeff after his set during the intermission, and he was funny and super cool.
I bought his HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE CD that day, and it is still hilarious to this day.
Thanks, Jeff, for the laughs.
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
Especially GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY for what you put them through over the years, 😂😂, HAA HAA.
All is FORGIVEN, AMEN.
Love this guy..loved the book.
I enjoyed that interview. I'm about the same age as Jeff but didn't know him at all until he started popping up on little reels and shorts recently. I grew up not wanting anything to do with Christianity but then later in life I got saved and had to break away from all the old life and bad habits. I used to not go to comedy clubs much back in those days because I couldn't afford them. Then later when I could I was a Christian and with most comedians having so much cussing and "shock" factors in their acts I couldn't take my wife to see them. So I never go to see stand ups in fear they would be like Redd Foxx or something. One way on TV and completely different on stage. Or I worry about paying a lot for a ticket and being all the same lines you have seen 100 times. I remember back in the late 70s going to see Steve Martin live. This was in his hay day of SNL and HBO and TV. So we went to see him live. Every line was what we heard 20 times already on TV. Like Jeff said, people listen to music over and over but don't want that with an expensive theater seat watching stand up. But I'm glad Dry Bar has helped bring more comedy out again. Thank you
I am a big fan. I love clean comedy. It is actually funny.
Hope this is a compliment, but I put Jeff right up there with Ken Davis and Micheal G. Love you, Jeff and always praying for you and your family.
Im really upset that I'm a few weeks late, but i wanted to wish Jeff a happy leap year!😊
Love it..... " Those People" Amen, thank u
Jeff is awesome! Will have to check out his book...
Great time. Enjoyed the conversation. Nice to know we can be like fine wine. I'm not a whiner and I don't drink. But getting better sounds good.
I love Jeff's special Happy Wife happy life, it s so funny
I watch every episode and I would like to say I love the camera angle where you can see everyone instead of just the comedian or just Jordan a d taylor.
Very enjoyable! Glad I happened on this channel.
This is the best. Yeah, it's a story time show, but it's real. Older people get it. Well, experienced older people. 😊
Finally, you are in your correct chairs! All is as it should be, I'm s happy camper!
Anyone else noticed how he stopped himself from saying he was a Christian and went with believer?
Mormons call themselves Christians as well, but I don't believe they'd say they are believers. I think calling oneself a believer in the Lord, Jesus Christ is actually stronger than saying Christian.
Jack In The Box tacos are highly rated. Fave.
And, another comment. Your brother too? My little brother also. Died alone from drugs, despite how I tried to save him.
No room for whiners.
Great interview. 😁
And, Jeff, the story of how you love your wife? 😍
28:07 🤣
You mean big ginger podcast, right?
Well well..
There's the little attention seeker trying his best to be relevant.
Here's a news flash for you.
You will NEVER be relevant.
You always have been, and always will be, insignificant.
His book is on AUDIBLE (prime audiobook) - going to listen to it! 📕 🎧
Ok. I cannot even understand how it can be that folks are watching this podcast and yet only 10% of them are giving a "like" for it. What's with that? You all are doing a great job and deserve it. And Jeff Allen is on my short list of very funny human beings. Doesn't he deserve a thumbs up? I would give you all 2 thumbs up were it possible.
I'd give you THREE thumbs up if I could!
We want to see the comedian not the useless small talk before it
