Luis won the argument once it was revealed she was trying to take money out of another comic's pocket. It doesn't matter if you hate the guy/gal or their act, it is evil to try and get between a comic and their meal ticket.

Imo, Bobby kinda started off the aggression with the Rickles thing, and got the ball rolling for the later spat. He came off as pretty butthurt about them not liking Rickles as much and Luis was getting annoyed at him in turn even then.

1) Bobby thinking that Don Rickles was actually nervous in the Mr. T clip and that it wasn’t a mutual bit is utterly insane.
2) The genuine bile and venom that flows through him in the “Mt. Rushmore of Comedy” debates was always so stupid. All he had to say was Rickles was in his top three or whatever and agree to disagree. The forehead vein-bulging histrionics and near-feral tantrums over arbitrary rankings that are subjective and could be fun to discuss are instead made so needlessly hostile that it’s embarrassing.
I’m glad Bobby’s gotten less angry since, because this was peak “Baron Harkonnen Bobby”, sitting on his throne, spitting black juice and covered in seeping boils, screaming into the dark void of space.
This pod is a blessing to show how far we’ve came. The sheer animosity in the late stage rage midway through the ep while Dan and joe sit there like scared kids reminded me of my tumultuous childhood where dad had liquor on his breath. I watched the one with joe Dan Luis and Nate and then immediately saw this. A gorgeous perspective of growth. Bobby getting a tiny stomach and Luis becoming a comedy mogul, sheer beauty. The argument is so weird in this one. It's the only time I think I've ever been on Luis' side. In some odd way Bobby seemed to think "dickhead" was the ultimate insult. Because he says they were wrong, they shouldn't have done it and that makes them an idiot for doing it but they aren't dickheads. Such a weird thing to disagree on and turn it into an argument.
