Make a house of 55x80 of 3 bhk( common toilet on every room including guest room) , 1 guest room, study room, parking area ( 2 suv + 3 scooty) theatre and gym
Bathrooms are quite small. My opinion is that bathrooms should be able to accomodate atleast bathtub, washing machine as well as some area should be left between closet and the area where we bath. I don't have any idea of planning so it is just my opinion. I Hope you will resolve my query.

Or isse upar ke plots luxury consider hoti hai...even hmari videos example hai is baat ki, because vo sabi Live Projects hai... But We appreciate your Feedback and Observation 👍.
