Hard to believe that as a young Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton in the early 80's that you didn't travel 45 min south to Tijuana. Nearly every Marine partied there often. You must have been a real loner glad you snapped out of it.
@@CHENLV-b6n thanks., but I was anything but a loner while serving and very few Marines I knew went to Tijuana. Not owning a car didn’t help either. I didn’t bother buying one while at Camp Pendleton because I knew I would get stationed on Okinawa eventually.
Thanks for sharing your story - this definitely comes from a gentleman.
@@TM-tw1py thank you.

Disregard the haters.
Thank you. I definitely do.

I believe it. The Philippines did the same for me.
Mate you are a god father of the pass port bros a life lived and saved from the evil western woman total respect to you sir
Women are women, hating women for being women is pointless.
Thank you. I agree with your statement.

@@CHENLV-b6n it would have been a blast. Unfortunately, during the time I was close to getting out in 1985, Tijuana was off-limits to all Marines.
