Love your haul. You show the neatest things I don’t have the eyesight for the smaller count material but it was really pretty I don’t know how you do that if you don’t have a pattern. Where do you buy the shadow box and pattern from I can see that one.
The shadow box and pattern are from Les brodeuses Parisienne. They have an online shop if you’d like to check out their designs!

I had a brand new pair of Cohana scissors and my adult daughter who new never to touch them wasn’t thinking grabbed a pair of scissors to open her box with and now they no longer cut thread they bend it. So bummed.
You should be able to get them resharpened. :-)
Oh no!!! I’m sorry that happened to you. I believe you should be able to get it re-sharpened. At least I hope you can!
Isn't shopping in Japan so much fun. What store did you buy the Cosmos floss from and where are they located? Did you go to a chain store or the manufacturer? I just came back from Yokohama and Osaka. Do you have any tips on finding cross stitch items in Japan?
I got the Cosmo flosses from a store in Tokyo called Echizenya. They are a cross stitch and embroidery shop. I didn’t find many cross stitch shops in Japan unfortunately, but I just did a few google searches. There is supposed to be a chain called Yuzawaya all over Japan. They are mainly sewing but have cross stitch items. I haven’t had a chance to visit yet but hopefully next time.
