After looking up my information for the accuracy of this comment, I realized that Acheron is my first ever legit 5 star pull, my first 5 star was Dr. Ratio, my 2nd was from the beginner thingy, and Acheron was my full odds first draw (which I can probably attribute to soft pity if at all.) and yesterday I pulled Himeko, and today I pulled Gepard. Now I probably have negative soft pity... I am going to have a hard time getting Firefly later.
I always make sure to save enough for hard pity if I really want a certain character. The chances of not getting them 1st try are just too big. Not to mention, I don't think I've ever gotten a character earlier than soft pity. 🥴 At this point I feel like people who get several 5 stars in one roll are just faking the pictures. It's frustrating
i have a question just because im new to the game i want to save up my premium summons tickets but can i use the tickets i have right now for a different banner or can i only use these tickets for firefly.
an easy way to count your pity is by multiplying by 5, if you have 2 pages without a 5* star, then you have 10 pity, 4 pages, then 20 pity etc etc, since the record of wishing will load 5 by each page
This now means you'll get the guaranteed character on your next 5 star, which is Aventurine hopefully. Good luck to both of us for him and for AE coming soon
I look to future units to make sure which character I wanna go for. For example, it's Aventurine for me. I literally skipped past banners and make sure I have enough resources to get him in a few weeks. There were times I lost a few 50/50s in a banner. I think even F2P players like myself can get 5 star units by saving wisely. Yeah, most gatcha game are not fair when it comes to summoning, but at least we get 5 star units just for pulling.
@@NEWLOOKKNICKS First CONGRATS on the 5 stars, damn. Once you get the featured character, your pity resets. So same rules will happen - 50/50 after 90 pulls, then guaranteed feature chraracter at 180 pulls (and hopefully soft pity in between)
Soft pity is automatically favored for new players, at least that's what I believed on because i got acheron in just 10 pulls! Now my mei trio is complete! 😊
No, thst is not true. I lost my first two 50/50 and almost hit hard pity. You need a large sample size to determine something like that you just got lucky.
I got my guaranteed Acheron (Hard Pity), then I tried another 10 pull, it's rainbow again, but turned out I got Bailu (never had one). And that was the luckiest I've been in case of getting back-to-back 5-star. I still got around 6k jades. Should I go for E1/E2 Acheron thou? Cuz I also want Aventurine for my second shielder. His kit is kinda really cool. 😩
Man I don’t want to tempt you but I got 3 acherons with only about 10k stellar jades 🙊🙊🙊. It’s up to you - depends how many jades you think you can get when Aventurine hits. Remember jingliu is also coming!

Okay I have a question. Suppose If I lose 50/50 on Acheron's banner and stopped over there. Then I won 50/50 on huohuo's banner. When Acheron's rerun comes, will the game remember I lost 50/50 last time and This time it'll give me Acheron ? Or It got reset after I won 5050 on huohuo's banner and chance of losing 5050 again on Acheron's rerun banner?

i was pulling on dhil's banner so that i could lose my 50/50 so that when i pull for sunday it would be guaranteed. . . which is i didn't, yall that was my 3rd time not losing my 50/50 im scared 😭

I have 57 light cone pity saved up for ruan mei or firefly's signature light cone, and 32 pity on the character banner but my last wasn't the banner 5 star so if i get a 5 star its a guarantee so im not spending my quartz until the banner i plan to roll on is here

@@Rose_1621 by 10 pulls do you mean the first 10 warps that cost you 1600 stellar jades? Or do you mean your 10th set of 10 warps, if that makes sense lol. So if you use the Ruan Mei banner, you will get a 50/50 chance of getting Ruan Mai on the 9th set of 10 warps. Then you will get her guaranteed on the 18th set of 10 warps.

hey mate featured banner pity carries over to the next featured banner. So I'm assuming when you got your herta and lost, it means you got another 5 star character. This means your next 5 star character should be the featured character as you lost your last 50/50

No the standard banner is separate from the limited rate up banner you only are guaranteed a limited 5 star character if you lose to a standard banner character on the limited rate up banner
Took me 300 pulls for E6S1 Acheron, Welt and bronya. But I always calculate the hard pity into my pulls to be certain anyways. It's better to be certain about the odds.

You’re talking about the featured banner right, and not standard banner? If you got Gepard on the Aventurine banner, that’s right, at the very least, on the 9th ten pull, you should get Aventurine.

Do you mean the hard pity? Hard pity carries over so as long as you stick with the same type of banner it carries over - not so sure of soft pity carries over
I've gotta question, so basically i haven't played honkai in awhile and jus hopped back in, now yk every 6 months the pity "logs" to track your pity is reset now does that also include the past summons??(for example let's say before i went on a break i summoned 40 times in total then stuff happens i go on a break that was over 6 months does that past pity still carry over although the pity "logs" were deleted???)
Great question! My guess is pity remains but Unfortunately I don’t know for sure - hopefully someone can comment on this. I can’t share links but what you can do is google “HSR warp tracker” and I believe it should show you all your warps even before the records were deleted
wait until you see my stellar jade calculations per update. Assuming you unlock EVERYTHING in the update, you get enough for a 50/50 but usually not enough for a guaranteed. So if you get the worst luck, there's no real room for a light cone, dupe or character redraw banner pull
@@jrpgwow I've been playing this game for a year and I have lost my 50/50 all but 3 times. As far as I'm concerned that is damning evidence that this game is weighted against F2P. They make it so you need certain characters then they stack against you so you can't get them. Yeah and don't get me started on light cones and eidolons. This whole system is bullshit and Mihoyo can fuck off into a volcano.

I got a triple Acheron on my first pull

Yep, guaranteed! I used the pity built up over a few light cone banners to get a guaranteed Yunli light cone recently.

If you got a 5 star in the standard permanent banner, it shouldn’t affect your pity in the limited banners 👍👍👍

Yep! There should be a records section in the banner. It’s just a bit clunky so you have to be patient with it

When does soft pity start for limited light cones?
It's unofficial, but it's generally believed to increase the closer you get to your 79th light cone pull.

You’re talking about the featured banner right, and not standard banner? If you got Gepard on the Aventurine banner, that’s right, at the very least, on the 9th ten pull, you should get Aventurine.

In starter warp i got 2 five stars in 10 pulls i was only level 10

Light cone pity carries over to the next light cone banner unlike genshin. Good luck mate!

Do you mean the hard pity? Hard pity carries over so as long as you stick with the same type of banner it carries over - not so sure of soft pity carries over

I've gotta question, so basically i haven't played honkai in awhile and jus hopped back in, now yk every 6 months the pity "logs" to track your pity is reset now does that also include the past summons??(for example let's say before i went on a break i summoned 40 times in total then stuff happens i go on a break that was over 6 months does that past pity still carry over although the pity "logs" were deleted???)
Great question! My guess is pity remains but Unfortunately I don’t know for sure - hopefully someone can comment on this. I can’t share links but what you can do is google “HSR warp tracker” and I believe it should show you all your warps even before the records were deleted

wait until you see my stellar jade calculations per update. Assuming you unlock EVERYTHING in the update, you get enough for a 50/50 but usually not enough for a guaranteed. So if you get the worst luck, there's no real room for a light cone, dupe or character redraw banner pull
@@jrpgwow I've been playing this game for a year and I have lost my 50/50 all but 3 times. As far as I'm concerned that is damning evidence that this game is weighted against F2P. They make it so you need certain characters then they stack against you so you can't get them. Yeah and don't get me started on light cones and eidolons. This whole system is bullshit and Mihoyo can fuck off into a volcano.
