Wireless Doorbells solves some major issues:
1. You might not have electrical wiring done already in your house.
2. You might have wiring done, but the ringer bell point is not where you want it to be. Example, my ringer point is given in Guest Room, but I wished it to be in Hall, as my Dining hall is in the center, and all the rooms divert from Dining hall. Hence, I want my ringer bell to be heard in all rooms.
3. Regular wired callbells need electricity. Due to powercut, they no longer work.
4. You might get bored hearing the same bell repeatedly.
5. Multiple receiver units ensure that you can place at multiple places and dont miss any door call.
This Winplus product tries to address some of the concerns but fails at some places.
This product comes in its original brand packaking which is quite simple. You get 2 receivers (bells), 1 transmitter (switch), 1 sachet of adhesive tapes and screws and 1 user manual.
The instructions to setup and install are quite simple.
The product has 4 volume modes. It has many chimes and you can select whatever best suits your ears. There are LED indicators both on the receiver (bell) and the transmitter (switch). Pairing and setup is quite simple.
This particular Wireless Doorbell is inconsistent (I am not sure about other products in the market). Pressing the switch sometimes ring both the bells, sometimes just one bell and at other times doesn't ring any bell at all.
