I ride a sportster too. Used to live in queens so I’m familiar with the roads there. Just the thought of riding my sportster on those pot holes makes me feel pain. But I would love to pack up my bike and go for a ride around the boroughs some time
Haha I’ll remember that. Easier said than done. I live in Florida now. So I’d have to get a trailer and bring it up. Sure as hell ain’t doing an iron butt ride up the coast on my sportster LOL. I’ve done several mods to my sportster but unfortunately still on still I shocks and seat.
Thanks , I come here to watch on which gear you are riding. Ok I ride the same way. One should not remain at 2k rpm and lower. Because the crankshaft will bent overtime and cause engine failure. Revving the bike will create surface wear on the gears, that is fine. If i'm wrong please correct me.
Hello. I like 2n and 3rd gear for the city. It seems like you know what you are saying I don’t know much about where is best to run your engine or at what rpm. But my clutch got messed up.. It’s been fixed for 2 weeks and Im still testing it. You think I strain my engine and maybe clutch?
@@lrocmoto1386 yes I think it is expensive as well but I’ve wanted one since I got my iron 1200. I want to add the fuel sensor though to then have a gas gauge.

What gauge is on your bike?
Is the Tachometer from Harley Davidson website. Is pretty cool but it think is a bit expensive. But I m enjoying it. Thanks for watching ! 👍
