I am an novice and made this and it came out beautiful. Very simple stitches just takes a bit of time to complete, but totally worth it. Absolutely gorgeous. I had to use more string than what you suggested (300 cm - 10 feet) for a 6.5" bracelet. I would suggest using 12 feet so you don't have to add string. Thank you very much. I intend to play with different colored beads now and give them away to family and friends. 🤩Someone in the comments mentioned that you can see the string.... you cannot.

Any help would be soooooo appreciated! Mine isn't laying flat once I add the biconea, it's quite wavy as if there were too many beads. I had to try to use a slightly smaller bead and it was still ruffley. So now I'm using a 2mm and a 4mm and alternating... i have a good feeling about it but disappointed I couldn't use all the same size to get this beautiful look... any idea at all? Could my stitching be too tight, too loose?

@@BeadedJewelry I tried it and it came out really good....we just have real issues here to get correct size seed beads...always poor quality...and too expensive to buy online....I tried 8/0 seed beads in the first step with 5mm blue bicones ...but the 11/0 s I used for the sides...those bicones I had and it came out really good....I also tried to make an earring and it was like a tear drop using 24 sets for the 1st step that also came out beautiful ...with the 5mm the earring came out like a circle....thank you so much...I really enjoyed doing this...christmas gifts got easier....lol thanks so much again

In some tutorials a specific brand of seed bead is needed in order for the spacing to be exact. What brand do you use in this tutorial or does it matter?
I used 11/0 Czech seed beads and 4mm Preciosa emerald bicone crystals for one. I did another one with some random 10/0 seed beads and 6mm Preciosa bicone crystals. You can use just about any brand, but Miyuki seed beads are best, 11/0. They are uniform in size and shape. Both of mine turned out gorgeous. ❤❤❤

My bracelet came out gorgeous but I'm having a problem. Could you help me troubleshoot to figure out what went wrong? It is just quite ruffley, it will not lay flat and in a straight row like a bangle or tennis bracelet. It's almost like there are too many bicones for the amount of space. I used 4mm do you think if I used 3mm or 2mm it would be better?
