- THE UNLIMITED SUSHI CHALLENGE, ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI. Today we have a crazy All you can eat sushi restaurant experience! This sushi buffet put out the craziest pieces of sushi including, tuna rolls, spicy salmon sushi, ALL YOU CAN EAT crab rolls, salmon sashimi and everything in between! For this buffet challenge / all you can eat challenge we are at a place called a Japanese sushi restaurant Mizu in Halifax / Dartmouth Nova Scotia. And while its not conveyer belt sushi like in Tokyo Japan, i think they do ... well tune in to see if they are fast, slow, and if this is the best sushi restaurant and best sushi ayce, or is this is the worst buffet! This previously was my favorite all you can eat sushi, but it had been a long time since i last visited.. would I still feel the same way? Is this the best sushi restaurant and the best ayce / the best buffet?

+Hella yeah beautiful..if you know what kahawai is it's beautiful as Shesimi bit of soy sauce bit of Wasabi can't beat it, in New Zealand it's a very underrated fish. Growing up we did alot of game fishing so always had Albacore, yellowfin tuna, marlin etc..😁🥳

@@jamesduignan8864 Then you're in the wrong category of youtube. Just watch ASMR if you want people to eat without talking. The talking is what makes Joel entertaining. He describes how it tastes, his experiences with the food, and always respects the staff, even if they cut him off from the AYCE (not in this vid, but a lot of vids of him being cut off from AYCE).

@JoelHansen do you have inari in USA? It’s sushi rice stuffed inside sweet tofu skins and then filled with seaweed salad, crab or tuna mayo. Soooo good you need to find some!

For an all you can eat the quality of those sushi/sashimi looks really good. I've been to alot and some places is very questionable on the quality.
Next time I go to the Halifax area I am for sure hitting this place up. It looks so yummy and I've been craving sushi for so long. There's nothing near Louisdale, Cape Breton for Sushi. Awesome video Joel! Hope you enjoyed your time back in Nova Scotia when you were there! :)
It sucks because Rose Garden in Port Hawkesbury actually had some good sushi before they closed! And they also had it as part of their buffet.

If it’s raw fish, isn’t it called sashimi and the rest called sushi?? Where I live in AZ, I don’t trust fresh food (fish). Thx
Sashimi is a strip of fish on a pillow of rice, it is a kind of sushi. Sushi actually refers to the rice! In the states all the fish is flash frozen, and is thawed that day before being served. The fish is Frozen to such a low temperature that it kills the parasites and bacteria. We have some of the highest food safety standards in the world in the US. Unless the restaurant is sketchy, you really have very little to be concerned about.

That sushi looks amazing! I love love love salmon sushi and just about any type of sushi. Never tried the mango and strawberry or the nut one.

A few pointers for Joel. 1) Use the low sodium soy sauce. No reason for that extra sodium and it tastes the same as regular. 2) Hold your chopsticks closer to the top. You get better leverage to hold food more securely and it doesn't feel as awkward as it does the way you hold them now.👍🍣🥢
