Very thorough interview, great job . And he did not skip a beat on any answers. That shows he not only knows his product, and shows he cares for the longevity of the company.
When the vise president of the company happens to be the founders son,can speak for over 45 mins ,never skip a beat, describe the what's and whys and show a passion. You know why so many people who can have any coach built choose liberty.
What a functional work of art also frank and his family seem like very knowledgeable and caring people that would be a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for another great video Andrew 👍
An exceptional forward thinking company solely due to its dedicated family of owners and employees. This particular coach stands out as one of the most appealing for so many reasons. Brushed textures, mat/semigloss surfaces, the bright led lights add a softer kelvin warmth to the interior, the textured ebony doors, the list goes on. I’m also liking the transition to flush panel electronic control units particularly next to the boarding entrance. The spilt windscreen center pillar is broad and might introduce a blind spot. One way to mitigate this might be a camera shot in the direction of the turn or when crossing a busy intersection a simultaneous left and right camera view. Excellent report by both gentlemen. Congratulations to Liberty for their new 2023 model light years out in front of the competition.
That is wonderful when in business like that , the family members are involved and they work and agrees all together , without any problems like jealously , greeding , possessive behaviour , in this way is always great to work , even for a longer hours , but the rest is importent too .
Thanks for another great video with Liberty Coach. I like everything they do with their builds. One day, I will be in the market for a Prevost motor coach and when that time comes, I'm giving Liberty a call.
Just a ridiculously stunning Coach. Frank is THE MAN and knows his stuff like a boss (probably because he is the Boss). Nobody shows a Liberty like Frank and Andrew. Outstanding video of a drool worthy bus. I can’t gush about this bus without giving props to Dean and TAOD. ❤️
Just a stunning coach., I like the interior height and width of the Newell, but this is beautiful, I like how they have "toned down" the interior a bit from what they built several years ago
Lovely Liberty as USUAL. I like Liberty, their attention to detail is amazing and the redundancies are reassuring. I love the Volvo drive line, I'd have huge faith in the 13L Volvo engine as I've so much experience of them in Volvo trucks I've driven for over 20yrs. A beautiful bus yet again and all the best of luck to the owners. 👍
Hi Andrew, you did a really great interview here. You showed this gentleman a lot of respect. Not once did you interrupt him when he spoke. You can tell you were in heaven doing this video too! I however loved the story of the care Liberty takes in building the bathroom!! Well it’s just a dream, but for you to be able to go in these coaches and even drive them…Well that’s just a WOW moment! Thank You for another great great video! Would love an update on your coach and has insurance ever said what fire was caused from? Are you and Shea at the point of looking for another yet? 👍
Hand Down.. THIS is the coach brand that is number one of all brands and if I was in the market for this level of coach, there is nobody else to consider!
Good job. Details as much possible. Good questions answered with good answers. THANK YOU. Only problem I got with this couch is size. It’s too big (long) for me. Diesel pusher instead of having it all in front ahead of passengers is also an issue. I am debating still between Prevost and Newmar. Showhauler is off the table for now.
If I could, I’d go with Liberty - no doubt. All due respect to Newell. I’ve been keeping up with custom built coaches for a while now. Liberty’s innovation in both design and engineering, Customer Service and fanatical attention to details (especially for long - term benefit) simply places them in an unmatched class. If this weren’t enough, I like how the company respects the employees😎. Check out the Christmas Party video.
I would want a Slide upwards instead of sideways, imagine having a Loft with stairs, with the Lift being down, unable to use, but Lifted, a whole room there.. Parking over night Tend to have room upwards.. But this was Nice!
I'm sure they can, but I wonder if I could get one with a wheel chair lift? Beautiful coach here, breath taking in fact. Always a great job Andrew, also your editing has been rocking lately Bud, you've come a long way, thanks for doing these videos, all in all, end of the day, always a thumbs up from me. Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
Thank you for this presentation showing another top of line rig. I think the comment of Charlie Daniels and considering racing enthusiasts to an older retired people shows a trade off. Having a good traveling coach like a bus or a unit to sit back and enjoy life. As we get older the complex controls of these make a couple page check off list required. Maybe they recommend having a professional driver crew to move them. I think getting the AC units in the basement and solar above can remove the large generators completely. More information on construction would be helpful. When I bought my coach years ago they kind of talked about that but I have found a lot is said and not proved. Just like a vehicle they can have condensation problems unless it is in the desert southwest. Issues not really talked about. Thanks for the video.

Asko, well made, so much better than others. Bosch 800 stackable would be my choice. A nugget ice machine would be a must. Wife loves her Manitowac at home. Bosch dishwasher a must. All TV’s OLED I hope. Toto bidet, excellent choice, we have all bidets at home, our Liberty will have this too. Not a fan of the tribal paint job, mine will not have any Dean input. interior is exquisite. I hope the RO also goes to that commercial Keurig K2500. I have the same one at home. Good choice on Miele. German made. Love the H chassis. My choice as well.
Beautiful bus but Newell has caught up with their paint jobs and have surpassed Liberty with new tech that Liberty can't do because Newell is a true custom coach. For my money it's Newell and Andrew can't lose with that combo!
@@frankkonigseder6592 I hear you Frank. On what part do you think I am wrong? I am only speaking on what I see and that is I can have a coach from 40-45 ft on a Newell. I can have a front or mid entry on a Newell. I would think that having options on how big my slides are and which side I wan to put my kitchen on is custom. Now you do have a great product but can Liberty give those options? If so then I have been educated. You have a great product and can't take that from Liberty. But Newell is truly custom and that's what I have learned from Andrews channel. Thanks
@@MrRicco39 Newell can make mid entry. Newell has Cummins engine which is serviced at so many more locations than Volvo whatever. Newell has lower basement so you got higher living area which also gives you more storage cabinets were you actually live. Newell has better (smaller) turn ratio. Newell has same level front seats (driver and right seat) so it can be used as living area while a Prevost Has steps between driver’s area and rest of coach. Prevost rear exhaust system takes up space there.
@@MrRicco39 Not to be too lengthy but I think worth mentioning, since our inception over 50 years ago, Liberty Coach is a custom conversion company. Since we do not build the chassis, but have influence, we are limited to the chassis manufactures options, so to say that Newell is the only truly custom coach company is misleading. With regard to technology, where is Liberty Coach lagging behind? I point to a few of many examples, Lithium Ion battery technology which Liberty Coach brought to the entire industry exclusively 12 years ago and up until 2022 was still the only company, Class A or above providing it, or the digital electrical architecture which we introduced in 1993 then advanced in 2007, or the Liberty i-Link communication which was originally done via a computer modem and a land line phone connection in the late 1990’s prior to the ability to communicate wirelessly because of the lack of cellular data bandwidth we currently have. Also worth mentioning that Liberty Coach was the first to include as an option in 2001 which then became standard equipment in 2003, the Crestron Remote Control systems, still today the most advanced, most reliable, and user friendly interface in our industry. With regard to safety, Liberty Coach was the first company in our industry to offer, as standard equipment, the 360 exterior birds eye view camera system, then provided the exterior blind spot detection system and now add to that the Prevost Advanced Driver Assist package with includes Lane Departure alert. There are many differences between both companies, there are options one manufacture does that the other does not, it depends on how you are going to use the coach and what your specific criteria is, but to compare both companies you need to compare apples to apples, Liberty Coach as well as the others in our industry are interior conversion companies, compare our interiors and conversion modifications leaving the chassis out of the equation. With regard to the chassis, I point you to www.prevostmotorhomes.com, there I think you will find it is hard to challenge the construction and service longevity of the Prevost chassis compared to anything on the road. Also, the turning radius that was brought up, the Prevost is 41.6 feet, with the tag unloaded it is 40.5 feet, this without the complicated mechanism of a turning tag system. My opinion, after 35 plus years of driving coaches, I have unloaded the tag axle less times than I can remember, too many times obstacles such as cars, trees, sides of buildings and the side of coaches get damaged because of additional rear swing out and high centering caused by extremely tight turning radius options. With regard to the mid-entry option, again it is dependent on how you use the coach and your floor plan options. Prevost did a mid-entry option, you all probably didn’t know that, which never took off, and we did our share of them, the loss of interior floor plan space and the loss of usable lower compartment space for mechanical systems and storage was not worth the effort or else Prevost would still be offering it as a standard option, it is however offered on a case by case basis. In conclusion, regarding service, Liberty Coach has service locations at the factory in North Chicago, IL and our sales and service facility in Stuart, FL, in addition to our tractor trailer rig which normally moves to at least 14 different Motorcoach resorts and events per year. There are also, 17 Prevost parts and service centers, over 60 Prevost operated service vans that can come to you, and over 175 certified service centers, all of which can work on converter issues if needed.
Andrew great video, I was wondering if the Garmin Navigation system on the Liberty Coach is an RV based system. Can you enter the Coaches dimensions in the system to find the best route based on the Coach dimensions
The only thing I don't like is that bar in the middle of the windshield. I wish they would do a wrap-around like the Integra Cornerstone does so you have a clear view out the windshield with no obstruction.
I had a 2015 Liberty Coach built and kept it 6.5 yrs. The center bar is of no issue when driving. It's needed for rigidity of the chassis. There is no flexing of the Prevost monocoque chassis.... no windshields will 'pop out', these chassis's are solid as a rock.
Simply amazingly beautiful! I have one question: Does Prevost have just one custom chassis that they sell to Liberty or several custom chassis, depending on what the Liberty customer wants/needs?
Prevost builds many different variations of the chassis, number of slides, where slides are placed, size of slides, window placement and size as well. All available to each of the converters.
@@frankkonigseder6592 did you ever build a shorter coach? wondering if you could get to one that really doesn't need to carry a generator at all? smaller size, fewer AC units, less weight, maybe even able to drop the tag axle? not saying that you could sell it, just wondering if it could be done, to the Liberty level.
To be honest I prefer the coaches which are made by Professional people in their factory because they are Makeing in Professional wheys , very elegant and pristion, Using very quality materials and the plumbing, electrical and gas System is made properly from the start .
