Pekethronos - Full Hymn :: ( لحن بيك اثرونوس )

It is said that this hymn is one of the hymns that has a Pharaonic origin, so it was said at the funeral of the deceased king and the seating of the new king. For this reason, the first half of it is said in the hazaini/sad melody and the other half in the joyful melody. In this hymn, we declare the reign of Jesus Christ and that his suffering was by his will, out of his love for us and our salvation.
When is the hymn said?
The melody is prayed twice during Holy Week...once at the 11th hour of Tuesday and once at the 12th hour of Good Friday.

يقال أن هذا اللحن من الألحان التي لها أصل فرعوني فكان يقال في تجنيز الملك المتوفي وتجليس الملك الجديد ولهذا السبب نصفه الأول يقال باللحن الحزايني والنصف الآخر باللحن الفرايحي .
في هذا اللحن نعلن ملك السيد المسيح و أن آلامه كانت بإرادته لمحبته لنا و لخلاصنا
متي يقال اللحن :
يصلي اللحن مرتين في أسبوع الآلام ...... مرة في الساعة ال 11 من يوم الثلاثاء ومرة الساعة ال 12 من يوم الجمعة العظيمة.
