Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan · 江玉山 belongs to the 33. Generation of Shaolin and was rewarded with the 9th Duan in Chinese kung fu due to his ability in internal kung fu. Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan is an advanced practitioner of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, cupping therapy, traditional massage and other Asian health practices. He is a highly reputable Master in the Martial Art Community and is the lineage holder of the traditional monkey fist door (Hou Quan Men) in Taiwan ➡️ bit.ly/3oqovJM
Shi Heng Yi belongs to the 35th Generation of Shaolin Masters and is the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe 歐洲少林寺 located in Germany. Learn more about the training methods to develop unity of body and mind, merging internal and external power.

Every year there are several retreats that are taking place in the Shaolin Temple Europe 歐洲少林寺, the monastery where I am living.
A retreat can either be a 3-day Retreat (Friday - Sunday) or a 6-day Retreat (Monday - Saturday). Every retreat is held under a specific topic, such as: Gong Fu, Qi Gong (e.g. Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, 13 Luohan), Meditation retreats and Rou Quan retreats.

Jiang Yu Shan said great about ground of changes. i had observing some in my attemts of qigong practice. espessially good words about inner ideology and values which lost then need to be redone, re-finds, rebilds, growing with new different energy. practice, skills for that purpose, not for fighting itself.

I can clearly see why Master Shi chose GMaster Jiang. Ty so much for transmitting the valuable and powerful tools to the world (& CIA, FBI, etc 😂 benefit too). 1:32:20 I was the same! As a teen I would destroy the cigarette when anyone leave it in ashtray by me to walk away 😅, only one other in my generation do not smoke that n he's more than 10yrs younger than I.

the breathing question at 2:36:00 or so led to some interesting answers. Breathing shallow when outside in bad air is a good answer - useful to breathe shallow and slow at times.
Many gratitudes for the knowledge. There are so many Chinese terms used, I am unfamiliar. I have many notes. For personal study and research I would like to know correct spellings of the terms shared. How might I accommodate these?

I was actually learning from his student but still he s coming often in Romania for seminars which are always Gold ♥️ all kung-fu is amazing.
