OMG I FACE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM SLOWING DOWN MY BUSINESS!!! under desperate measures I ordered the same wax and it was so so disappointing :( wishing you the best of luck x
Sorry you got scammed. Here in the states candle wax isnt hard to get a hold of. Unless you're looking for the coco apricot creme wax. Comes from California, covid related reasons of course. Luckily in Texas we havs a few suppliers instate. 🙂
Loved your story sorry you had a bad experience I've been there with other products. It's very helpful to get advice from someone that's been trough this to help avoid scammers. You go girl. I'm now hoping to start making my body pillars in the US . Just wanted some tips on good wax blend and Wick for 4" candle.
This is a great video. I've used mould master wax and it works great for wood wick container candles but I wouldn't trust pillar wax like that. Hope your was able to find a better wax for your candles 😊
Just made the exact same mistake, shipping delays in usual supplier so made a quick purchase on amazon. Wax was like MUSH, after cleaning all my equipment and tools there was a horrible residue covering EVERYTHING. 🙃
I saw your candles and love the opaque look they, look like a piece of clay. How do you give that look? Mine are so shiny they look plastic. Could it be the mold? I am using soy wax.
Any where that sells KERASOY - this is the name of the manufacturer of the wax. Many places sell it! For UK I buy from candleshack or supplies for candles.

It's such a struggle right now! I always thought that making candles would be the best route as supplies NEVER seemed limited - boy was I wrong!

The biggest candle makers I know are all US based! This tiny UK island is no match!

Hey!! Thanks for checking them out! What kind of wax do you use? It also depends on how much dye you use also
@@KIMALONDON I use kerasoy. I use very little chip dye. I am starting to believe it depends on the moods I have. Buying some more to test :)
