Sweet! I would think that a longer barrel would result in higher velocity. The gas would stay behind the projectile longer instead of dispersing after a few cm. This principle has been demonstrated consistently in ballistics.
Yes, up to a point. It also depends on the friction of the barrel and cardboard has fairly high friction.

what abot the reversing treshold of those bottles longer barrel is equal to longer duration of fire could break the cannisters the tubes are long enough for the flow or if it's too weak the projectile wont even make it out

I love how you included those tanks in the bottom of the guns gives me an idea that you could just incorporate the actual fuel tanks onto the gun. That way you don’t have to reload it each time by blowing gas into the gun constant refueling.

I do cardboard crafts and they are amazing. You can also color them for even better results. But this project, as soon as I saw the thumbnail... that is not a cardboard craft. That is a laser CNC machine craft. You can not have these cuts with hand. Great video to show off the result, but the audience does not benefit.
