This is not "beaten" as in being disciplined. This is abuse pure and simple. Furthermore, Kyle is not a child, he is a 22 year-old adult. If you don't like what he is doing you can tell him what you think he is doing wrong. But the elder Butler had no business resorting to violence with a deadly weapon. A few days ago a man is St Catherine pulled a knife on his wife and threatened to kill her. He was duly arrested and charged. Let's see how the law deals with Butler's case; or see if there are two standards of crime: one for the rich and another for the poor.
