Jon Boat Removable Bow Mount for Transom Mount Trolling Motor

In this video, I illustrate the methods I used to build a removable bow mount for a Jon Boat using a transom mounted trolling motor. I used a 12V 30lb thrust Motorguide R3 trolling motor for this project.

3/4" Thick HDPE.
3/8" Thick Poly Cutting Board.

Love this mod. Could you please give the length/width dimensions of the HDPE and cutting board. I really would like to do this to my boat.
