I kept my little attraction for him quite and it wasn't really serious. I felt insecure, lacked self confidane and was thinking how on earth is he going to notice me out of everyone. So, the best thing i could do was forget about it. Fast forward he is in one of my classes, I was kind of nervous but i realised the more he spoke the less i found him attractive. He was kinda immature. He's 6ft 3 plays sports and is a model but he talked too much for me. I know i'm very picky. So let's talk about his group. One of his friends is in my class and he is SOO SCARY. sooo fucking scary, it's actually a joke. The way that guy carries himself it's just wow; so much authority, control and masculinity i sometimes wonder if he's my age. Months go by and i find out he's rich. I was kind of interested in him but I could see he was interesed in another girl probably. Another thing to add to my insecurity list. I felt like that group was untouchable, like they were better than everyone else , all of the guys were surrounded by girls it was no use. I focused on my school work and managed to get all As by winter term. I had a bigger glow up after christmas (my birthday) and then came back to school. AND he has a lot of siblings so it’s really hard to keep covid out of his family. fast forward to after school that day. day 18: OMG OMG OMG OK TODAY WAS SO FREAKING AMAZING OK ILL START FROM THE BEGINNING. so we got to have gym class today bc the teachers arranged that we would have a handball (it’s kinda like basketball but instead of shooting in a regular net you throw the ball in a soccer net to score) tournament with his class ! so i was so freaking scared for this bc his class is so agressive like there was a whole incident back in october where people literally got dragged across the floor in a capture the flag game but that’s NOT THE POINT OOPS OK. so I was terrified right? like I walked into the gym literally heart beating like hands shaking I was so scared. and the gym teacher announces the teams and I LITERALLY GET THE BEST TEAM EVER. AND HE IS ON THE TEAM SO I LIKE FREAK OUT IN MY HEAD RIGHT OK AND EVERYONE ON OUR TEAM IS JUST SO GOOD LIKE WE WERE ALL GOOD AT THE GAME AND WE WERE ALL JUST COOL. To be honest I'm getting really good vibes from this subliminal. Let me tell you a little story about me and my crush. So I'm one of those, 'don't talk to guys' 'don't entertain guys' 'stay focused on your school work' kind of girls. I haven't had a crush since I was like 10 (I'm 17) maybe becuase I went to an all girls secondary school/high school and my social life was close to none existant outside of schl. So I'm really inexeperiened, right. I had a little glow up and moved schools. On the first day of term, everything just felt so weird but exciting it was like a fresh start with people who didn't know me. I remember seeing a very very 'popular group' on my first day and instantly my eyes fell on a 6ft3 guy who was basically the face of the year group. I kept my little attraction for him quite and it wasn't really serious. I felt insecure, lacked self confidane and was thinking how on earth is he going to notice me out of everyone. So, the best thing i could do was forget about it. Fast forward he is in one of my classes, I was kind of nervous but i realised the more he spoke the less i found him attractive. He was kinda immature. He's 6ft 3 plays sports and is a model but he talked too much for me. I know i'm very picky. So let's talk about his group. One of his friends is in my class and he is SOO SCARY. sooo fucking scary, it's actually a joke. The way that guy carries himself it's just wow; so much authority, control and masculinity i sometimes wonder if he's my age. Months go by and i find out he's rich. I was kind of interested in him but I could see he was interesed in another girl probably. Another thing to add to my insecurity list. I felt like that group was untouchable, like they were better than everyone else , all of the guys were surrounded by girls it was no use. I focused on my school work and managed to get all As by winter term. I had a bigger glow up after christmas (my birthday) and then came back to school. I was more comfortable in the school by then, made a couple of friends and I was feeling better about it. My confidence INCREASED DRASTICALLY. you could tell by the way I carried myself, my choice in clothing, my makeup and jewellery. I was a different person. I don't like to exaggerate things and lie and make things seem like there not, but this was really visible. To who? To everyone in school, people walking on the streets and my family. I came back to school and immediately mr rich started staring. I didn't care. I didn't look at him once. Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into a month, everyday he would stare at me from across the room, stare at me when I'm getting a drink, steal glances at me in class. It got so bad he would throw stuff at me in class to get my attention. I didn't budge. My friends kept telling me all the time, "he keeps staring at you, he looked at you". Even though i felt different, a little voice in the back of my head still told me he can't find me attractive. I refuse to believe that.
Edit: It's the second year now. Tbh i thought that after the summer he would be taken and everyone would just move on in their lives. I can't lie he looks reaaaally good this year, probably the most good looking. I would say, we're both in a situation now where we kind of know we like each other, we keep sneaking glances from across the room, he keeps catching me this year becuase I'm looking a lot more whereas before it would probably be him looking because I was insecure. I literally approached him and spoke to him and although he responded it kind of looked like he was uncomfortable or his atention wasn't fully on to me. So because I have some self respect, I tried (tried being the biggest word here) to get rid of my feelings for him, but how can I when I'm catching him speak about me to his friends and point to me so what am I supposed to do??? He refuses to make a move or try and speak to me its just looking and looking and even more looking and occasionally helping me without me asking . I'm tired. And none of this 'he's shy' bullshit, he's far from it he's surrounded by girls every 2 seconds ffs. Genuinely I don't like this 'game' he's playing, and tbh it could all be in my head and he doesn't actually like me but that's not the point, the point is I need to move on. So I am going to ignore him from now until my exams are over and I can leave. I'll update.
